Alter Ego E-Bikes (Factory Outlet)

Went here to look at a bike. Only wanted to lift it up and see how it felt to fold it. A 2 min process. Got there 15min before closing and the guy said they were already closed. Not the sure point in posting hours if you aren't going to adhere to them. But FYI if you want to head there, go long before closing or perhaps call ahead of time to ensure they are following their listed hours that day.Edit: Would love to see the time stamped footage as we were definitely not there at that time. When I got back into the car after speaking with you it was 3:51, I remember because I was frustrated and checked the time. So we weren't even on your premises at 3:59. Great way to run a business though, cheers.

Kyle and his talented Wife were very informed and experienced and had all the answers to my questions. As for the scooter, it ROCKS! Packs my almost 180 lbs. down the road no probs! Remember, use proper safety equipment at all times. :)

I bought my mercane force scooter from alter ego bikes in January this year, and it has been my daily driver ever since. True to its reputation, it performs exactly like it is advertised, it goes up any hill, offers great range and speed, and is so fun to ride.Last week unfortunately I had an issue with the battery where the scooter won't start even when fully charged. I immediately reached out to the store explaining to them the problem, and requesting them to sort it as soon as they can. Despite being busy with the ongoing rebate on e-bikes, they were incredibly accommodating and to my surprise even offered to advance my drop off appointment by a week.Without any delay I handed over my scooter for inspection and repair. To my surprise within an hour I received an email informing me that the scooter is ready and the problem was with the battery and that they have replaced it with a new one. Upon my pick up, expecting just a battery change, I found the scooter completely tuned up. Brakes and suspension were calibrated, loose joints over the handles were tightened, and the scooter looked as good as new. To make things even better I wasn't charged a single penny, they had it all covered under the warranty.I must commend the amazing customer service I have received so far from Alter ego e-bikes. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of e-bikes or scooters.

This is the best gift my husband gave me since we moved to Canada. Riding my Sidekick Mini E-bikes to stay active with the amazing scenic views is a dream come true. We searched a lot of brands of E-bikes that is safe, reliable and worth every penny. We're happy to finally found Alter Ego E-bikes.

Me and my girlfriend just got 2 bikes from Kyle at alter ego and we can't recommend them enough.The bikes ride great and feel super durable compared to other foldable bikes, the battery gives you plenty of range and there zippy enough that you don't wish you had more speed.Kyle was really helpful when we were trying the bikes out at the warehouse and was very responsive to all emails 5-star customer service as well as high-quality bikes!

Fantastic customer service! I email them in the evening when I knew they were closed expecting a reply the next day, but I got a message almost immediately staying they would make me a video showing me how to attach the derailleur guard when they got back in the store the next day, and they did just that! Excellent, concise video made the task so easy!

So good and we haven't even gotten our bikes yet! Been back and forth with Kyle about our e-bikes, the rebate program and delivery of the units all day. He was super helpful and made sure that we're taken care of even before getting them. Thanks again Kyle

I bought a brand new Italwin K2XL at Alter Ego last year. It shipped to my home a few months ago, and I was able to ride it this afternoon finally. A very good bike. Recommended you guys to buy it from this legit store. Good customer service and super fast shipping.
