One of the best beef sandwiches I've ever had. Completely loaded with with fresh ingredients and protein. The mayo on the Cambodian beef sandwich was so good.The service was excellent also. The staff were super nice and welcoming.The restaurant was also so cute, with some many fun memorabilia and decorations.Definitely a must stop if you're looking for lunch in Southampton.

Well then, the man followed through with his claims of flavour!I finally had the chance to pick up some goodies from Armen's, specifically the Chicken Vindaloo, the Pulled Beef Tacos, and the Paneer Sandwich. The portions were generous, and they were all full of flavour, and the Vindaloo in particular blew.me.away.I've been disappointed with the offerings in Saugeen Shores in regards to flavour, especially with the businesses that have tantalising descriptions regarding their food, but unfortunately fail on the actual execution.I'm absolutely delighted that Armen's claim of flavour is for real, it is the truth, it's not fluff and nice sounding descriptions, it's honest-to-goodness DELICIOUS fare! Will for sure happily return for the cool vibe and the food! Thank you Armen!

I ate lunch at Armen's the other day with my 2 young sons. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. I had half my chicken biryani wrap for lunch and the other half for dinner. Can't wait to return again soon!

Super friendly, charming place offering sandwiches and other light lunch foods. This spot is a local takeout favourite for a reason. The prices are on the higher end, but it's well worth it. Half a sandwich was enough to fill me up. I had the roast beef peppercorn mayo and it was excellent!

We came here for lunch because of the reviews and it did not disappoint!!! The roast beef sandwich was delicious and a very good size! The salad was tasty with a nice homemade dressing that was not too sweet!The building has character and the patio out front was nice on a sunny day!

My friends and I had lunch here, and we all had a great experience. Many healthy options, portions were generous, service was fast, owners are very nice, location is walking distance from the beach. 100% would recommend!

Very friendly and amazing food. They have a lovely outdoor patio with umbrellas and everything you need.Dining service is great, you’ll appreciate the vibe and quality of the food. Which is very decent for the area!
