Safe Home Fireplace was a fantastic experience for my wife and I, one that we would highly recommend! From the Lambeth showroom we were able to make a choice that we knew matched all our wants and needs. The installers were everything you would want to see in someone coming into your home. The technician took time to answer all our questions as he worked, pointing out things to us as we asked about them. We greatly appreciated that.Very professional and very helpful. Thanks to Matt Lawless and all staff for the courteous and professional service we experienced.

Very, very impressed with all aspects of this company. I had to delay my appointment a few times because my flooring and brickwork wasn’t finished yet and they were happy to accommodate my needs. Matt answered all my technical questions about the unit and was also available when needed. Mike and Vitaly were the professionals that installed the fireplace. Everything looks absolutely perfect and i was amazed at their attention to detail. They put down drop cloths before starting the work and left my house cleaner than it was before they showed up! I would give 10 stars to this company if i could.

Had a wood stove and a new stovepipe installed in my shop. Matt came out and gave me an estimate that I had by email the next day. We agreed on the price and scheduled the installation. Stove and pipe was installed on the set date by very professional, and pleasant installers.Overall I'm very pleased with the results!

Just had a Pacific energy neo 2.5 installed. Professional, knowledgeable and was able to get the unit for me at least a month or 2 sooner than competitors. No issues whatsoever

The experts at Safe Home Fireplace were able to work with us to revive an unsafe open fireplace with an unlined chimney into an extraordinary centrepiece of our 125 year old home. The job wasn't easy and there were many obstacles that presented themselves throughout the process, but the team at Safe Home Fireplace dealt with each one expertly, kept us involved in the process as homeowners, and did everything that they possibly could to keep us happy. I can't recommend Safe Home Fireplace highly enough to anyone looking to either update or revive their fireplaces. This business knows their stuff, works hard for their customers and are as courteous and personable as you could possibly ask for. Thank you for transforming our fireplace back to its original glory in our home. We are so thankful.

Safe Home Fireplace were very competitive in price, efficient in installation, courteous, safe (in the COVID sense) and the finished product has transformed our rarely visited den into the" place my wife and I relax on a snowy evening. Excellent service and products . We had Matt come to our house to give us an estimate for a gas insert . Less that a week later our gas fireplace was up and running . Very happy with it too .
