North York Electrical installed pot lights for me. The price was good and the job was done quickly. He also removed an unused switch from a previous renovation. He had the foresight to align the lights in two rooms should I decide to remove the dividing wall in the future. 100% satisfied with the job.

I had an HVAC guy come previously and they were not able to resolve my issue. The electrician from here was able to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly and he was informative of the issue and how to resolve it next time! I would recommend him!

I had an electrical installation completed in a small factory taking about 2 weeks total. During this period, North York Electrical Services' team, was very professional team. They always consulted me on what the scope of work was for the coming day and week. We would review issues as the came up, and came to collaborative solutions very quickly. They always showed up on time and were very cooperative with other trades working in the same space. I felt I got good value for what I paid and have since recommended them to contacts I know that are looking for electrical services.

I don't write negative reviews, and the man who I was on the phone with seems like an otherwise nice individual so I really do not want to be writing this. I never intend on disadvantaging anyone that is hired for a job. If you're in the area and you know what you need the services for, please call them.Me on the other hand, I required lighting for my store front which is why I called. I was courteous enough to tell the man on the phone that I was also having a secondary problem which I wasn't sure what the solution to it was given that I wasn't even aware it was a problem. I was not asking for a diagnostic nor was I saying that this should be addressed. He believed that this was the main reason why I called and hung up the phone on me thinking I was wasting his time. Mind you, the 'secondary problem' was completed disconnected to the first primary reason and has been the case for five years. I value my time and those who I work with and his assumption of me in this negative light was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I was explaining myself in detail. It was disappointing because I did not expect this from a 'Google Partnered' business; I suppose I should have known from the lack of introduction when he picked up the phone.Re: response from the owner: I gave you the address, I am 20-40 mins away depending on traffic, not 2 hours; you would have known if you didn't hung up the phone. I made it clear I was not looking for free trouble shooting services and that was your assumption. The issue isn't whether you did a job, it's why you didn't. Thank you. I will delete this review after I've completed my electrical work with someone else, don't worry, I respect small businesses even if they pretend to be big (and don't act like it).

Very professional. The team was fair, affordable, and helped throughout my renovations. Full pot light installation, and electrical/coaxial outlet relocation + switch relocation as well.The quality of work was great, and they were extremely punctual. They also helped me clean up a few odds and ends which they really have to, and I appreciate that as well.Highly recommend.
