Love this location! Ericka is great and very efficient. I was in and out for a threading appt within 10 mins and my brows look great! Highly recommend.

My sister made an appointment for me to get my legs waxed wherever she felt was the right place. She chose Waxon on queen and I had a really good experience as far as leg waxing goes. Would recommend

Latifah is excellent every time and I come back solely to see her. However, I’m giving 1 star in hopes that Waxon owners, or the founder, might see this and pay attention to the review.I am extremely concerned about something in your space…There’s a very strong, musty/pungent odour in the front. The floors clearly have severe/intense water damage to them and you can smell the mould.The second I walked in it hit my face, like a load of bricks, and smelled horrific. I have great concerns about coming back in and being exposed to a toxic substance during future visits, and for the individuals working there who will be exposed repeatedly for prolonged periods of time.You really need to do something like have a remediation company come in and have the flooring replaced.I’d love to hear back from senior leadership on this one because I’m not even sure if your owner/founder is aware that she has people working in an unsafe and unhealthy environment. This is obviously a HUGE risk for her as it’s against the Occupational Health and Safety Act and I severely doubt that she wants to be put at risk like this. As the location leader, you really need to alert her.

Its my 3rd time for my underarm laser hair removal, 2nd time for my brazilian and I never missed any eyebrow shaping appointment at this branch. Pina never fails to make me feel comfortable all the time with my own body hair. I appreciate how open she is all the time. Will def recommend to my friends. ❤️

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had at an establishment. Super easy to book/cancel appointments, the staff are SUPER friendly and helpful, and the services are perfect and to a high quality. I have no complaints and have only been satisfied above and beyond my expectations. They never force or try to up-sell, they go accordingly to each person. I’ve been going here for a couple months now and will not look to any other place for my waxing.

Been coming here for the better part of a decade. Way better than the OTHER place on queen lol !
