We had GrandView build a replacement deck last September (2022) based on a recommendation from our roofing and siding company, and I waited until now to write a review to see how the deck lasted over the winter.Our deck looks as FANTASTIC now as it did when it was first built! GrandView built us a replacement deck for our front porch/patio and entrance area to replace an older concrete deck and they worked tirelessly to make sure we were satisfied.If you are thinking of having any work done around your home, definitely call Grand View!

My experience with Grandview Decks was positive at every stage of the process. I have had a deck and fences constructed by them. Gerald did an onsite evaluation and provided a number of options along with excellent advice. The quotes were clearly written with high quality materials at a very competitive price. A time line was established and all work was completed exactly on time...no delays. Gerald and David and their team have all the equipment necessary to complete the construction. The logistics of supply of material was well coordinated. Every member of the team worked efficiently. They are positive, friendly, professional and open to ongoing discussion of options. I highly recommend them.

Gerald, David and their team recently removed our old deck and build a new and enlarged one. Awesome experience working with David and his team for all of our works. Our first contract with David was to build a deck with metal railings and to level up concrete flooring before starting the work. David was very professional from the start to the end. We had a couple of quotes but as soon as we met with David we knew he is the guy we would like to work with. What made David stand out from the others was his can-do-attitude and his professionalism in explaining the work, pricing and gave us his opinion & advice which helped us in making decisions throughout. We went with our guts with David and we have been very pleased with the professionalism throughout & with the best-in-class quality of work we got. David and his team have displayed Great Working Etiquettes throughout. They showed up on time and when they say they will, gave updates as needed, cleaned up the site job, no hidden costs. We approached them for our 2nd project of putting up a fence and gate for our yard. We were very pleased with David’s due diligence of not rushing to finish the work and instead to contact us regarding our yard locates and gave us his advice as well. David and Gerald did an amazing job putting the front deck on our house! They went over what our needs were in detail and the project turned out beautifully. It changed the whole look of our house! After, we ended up hiring them again to put up a fence in the backyard. We are very pleased with their professionalism. They are two really nice guys!

Gerald, David, Brandon, Henry and Reuben are absolutely the BEST. Grand View Decks are the most top notch company I have ever dealt with. It’s no wonder they came so highly recommended.
