Richard and Louis were very professional and honest to work with. I went to 5 shops to get quotes and returned to Richard hands down as being the most informative and having gained my confidence with the quote provided as well as the explanations of what work would be required. They were mindful of the long weekend and arranged to have the work done sooner so that we would have our car back. We were updated with photos as the work was done and the job is perfect. These guys are a small shop with a big heart and I hope they continue this service for years to come. They deserve success.

Greatest customer service!I had a dented pumper repaired here. The communication was very smooth and pleasant. The dent came out some after a sunbath and Richard revised the quote immediately. I found a small misalignment after I took the car. I brought my car back and Richard had his technician readjusted when I was there. The price is also the best I found. Highly recommended!

Richard is a magician. My bf smudged our door into a concrete post (in a parking lot with a tight squeeze), crinkling the side door with some fairly disturbing scrapes & dents. Richard worked his magic -- fairly quickly I might add, (2 days in & out.) Spectacular craftsmanship. You'd never know my car was sick. What I also LOVE about JL Brothers Auto Body is the pleasant staff; they seem straight up & fair- no BS, and how happy they all seem to be, especially Richard. These guys are great. Best Automotive shop in Richmond.
