Purchased almost $500 worth of bedding for my new house, was due to go back to the store for pillows matress protectors and duvets. Although after the service I received when one of the items I purchased was faulty has absolutely encouraged me to go to another store. I was told under no uncertain terms that my item was Final Sale, even though it wasn't the size it was supposed to be and stated on the packet even measuring it and proving my point I was told I would have to just deal with it and it wasnt tge stir3s problem. The cashier even stated that they had a similar issue and the manager isnt interested in gaking faulty items back. Utterly shocking service, would appreciate an explanation as to how this issue affects my statutory rights.
