Excellent customer service! John, Dan and Mark have been very helpful. I always get my motorcycle insurance with this team and they have always been approachable, caring and have an excellent customer service!Only regret is I never thought of moving my house, cars and trailer to Mark Sim's Team!My house, cars and trailer were ensured with Bel air and we moved to All State. --Both have very POOR customer service.And now, we will be moving all to Mark Sim's TEAM.Don't hesitate!
