Worst experience ever. I would not recommend it. You show up for your appointments regularly. One time, you become late, and that too for a valid reason they charge you 75 dollars and show no consideration even for one time. Is it a healthcare or moneymaking business. People can have a genuine reason for being late, but that does not mean you rip them off with a 75 dollar charge. I will not be returning to the clinic again. Regardless, it will take me another year to register with a separate doctor. No empathy and no genuine concern. Just business, it seems.I would also not recommend you visit the female doctor there. I requested the staff and the Dr. to waive the charge. They paid no heed to my request. Eventually, i called to cancel my registration, and they told me i have to come to the clinic to do so. I sent an email to admin to consider my request and guess what I received?, an email that they wish to discuss the situation. I got really happy that probably they will hear me out and helped me get the charge waived off. Instead, they had the audacity to tell me that Dr. Was not able to make money during that time you were missing ( which is not true at all, as any free time they have, they take walk-in patients). The admin manager was also very unhappy that I wrote a review that could potentially make him lose money. So clearly, it was all about money. Why do people not understand if you provide good service money would come to you automatically , and to top it all, he told me the Dr. Would not want you as her patient. With all due respect to the doctor, who is she to decide whether she wants to see me or not, i don't want her as my doctor and had called clinic earlier to cancel my registration. Merely attaining a medical degree does not make one a doctor. It's your responsibility towards patients that makes you one. Where did that urgency go about that doctor wanting to see me because she received my blood report. Again, it was clearly about making a visit to her so she could charge money from the government. Please go to a clinic and register yourself with a doctor who considers you a human and respect you. Simcoe Medical center does not know how to provide the services , nor do the Healthcare practitioners there.

I went to this walk-in clinic yesterday. My son had a soar eye. The doctor looked in his eye for seconds and prescribed a medicine. Actually, she was in the room with us for less than two minutes and was kind of in a hurry. I even couldn't describe his problem clearly. She was not at all friendly and warm and I felt really uncomfortable there. However, her prescription was correct and the eye problem was resolved after two dosages.My big problem there was with the pharmacy. I went to buy my son's eye drops. He asked for a health card. Then he threw (actually threw) the card on the table to me. He also threw the eye drop on the table too. I was actually shocked and also tired to react to him. I expected him politely handed them to me. I do not know what that throwing behavior means but as I don't like that sort of behavior, I will not go there again.

Terrible service, Doctor's usually showing up late or calling in sick.I recommend this place if you are comfortable wasting your time.Despite opening at 8:30am, Doctor's on duty never showed up not up till 9am, this has have been consistent in my three visit.

Trying to book an appointment is a joke. The physicians are great but no one physically answers the phone which requires you to leave a message. The voicemail advises someone will call you back in 24-48 business hours. First voicemail was left unanswered. I called back a week later. Left another voicemail. Thankfully I received a call back that day but unfortunately I missed the call which means back to the voicemail recording and the process repeats. There needs to be a better system. Online booking would be preferred but Even an email with a few dates and times would be better than the endless phone tag. I understand it's a busy time of the year but there needs to be a better way to make an appointment.

This clinic is a joke, Receptionist at the front desk Zunara or whatever her name is was so rude and passive aggressive as well as thinking she is higher then everyone else. Did not help whatsoever and basically told me my health didn’t matter. Physicians were great but doesn’t make up for the incompetence of the receptionist. Whole time was mistakes clearly wasn’t trained properly. Definitely my first and last time entering this clinic. Avoid this receptionist if possible!!!

Walk ins are faster here than at most other clinics I've been to. Clean environment. Dr Nabi is also very sweet to interact with. I'd say customer service is better than when they first opened and progress is a good sign. The pharmacist on site is very kind and patient. I have to give him a shoutout:)

This clinic needs to change their hours on the sign since no one is ever there at 830. I find this place to be very unprofessional. If you have hours stated on your website and posted on the door then maybe you should have a staff member there at 8 since you supposedly open at 830. I never write reviews but this has happened to me multiple times now and I will no long visit this clinic. You would think with 90% of your reviews being 1 to 0 starso u would fix the issues but it seems to me that you guys just don't care.

Glad that they took it seriously and improving the appointment process via call (Informed me in a recent visit.). Hope the front desk will keep the smooth appointment process.Dr. Nabi is a very good family physician. She listen the full story and check carefully. Really very happy to be under her treatment & observation.-------------------------------Old Review-------------------Impossible to reach a human to book an appointment. May be they are using their ph line when they want to talk with some one, not for book an appointment. They must keep an eye for improvement. This is a review of the clinic itself and not my doctor. Trying to speak with a human is impossible. I have never had someone answer the phone when I call. I have called over 5 times in a row and over 10 times in one day with not one person answering the phone. Like other reviews say, you are required to leave a message and they will get back to you in 1 or 2 business days." I rarely get a call back within 2 days and have recently waited 2 weeks before I heard from them. They either need to make patients aware that they do not return phone calls within 1 to 2 days or they need a better management team who can handle the call volume

Such a great team here. The doctors and staff are always pleasant. Wait time is reasonable and not out if control like other places. I do recommend them
