They wouldn’t even speak with me unless I presented a ‘gas ticket’. I need a vent for my roof to vent a radiant tube heater, that’s it. No where near the stage of turning any gas back on. Trying to finish shingling a roof. Guy basically told me to buzz off, wouldn’t even talk to me. Ridiculous

We own and operate a small commercial/industrial HVACR company based out of Kamloops. Tim, Jeff, and Gene are very knowledgeable and professional. They routinely go above and beyond for many of our supply/material needs. Without a question the least helpful supplier I've ever had the displeasure of deal with. As a contractor I was surprised they wouldn't even sell me a tool or brass fitting so that I could repair my a/c system. Rude comments to my questions. The faster this place gets run out of business and replaced with a decent outfit the better. Their very poor reputation is well deserved.

Sinclair is my go to place for parts and equipment and before you acquired Air Ease and I give it a 5 Star. The staff Gene(absent now) Jeff and Tim are very helpful and knowledgeable and are mainly the reason my staff and I go there. I have checked my files and have spent over $800,000.00 since 2012. I have discovered that you have fired Tim because of some stupid personality conflict or whatever with a company in Kamloops. This news is disappointing. These guys protect us from the public walk in buying parts and have us install for them or worse have us come and repair after they have wrecked something. It's honorable that they are protecting the service industry.I enjoyed working with Tim and I will find out where he starts working again and patronize that business. You have lost a valuable asset to the front counter. Rating has dropped to maybe 3 stars.DennisTriRom Industries

I've been using Sinclair for my business for over sixteen years. As a tradesman I find the knowledge base of this company to be outstanding. When I, as a professional need advice I can always turn to the men behind the counter to offer me insight and technical data. For warranty claims, Sinclair goes above and beyond always!They carry items the other local wholesalers often fall short of. If you are a professional, they will extend to you ever courtesy, they cater to professionals exclusively, and will happily provide you with needed information, and even recommendations to get your projects done, safely, legally, and professionally!I have to make an addendum to this review.I've been a loyal Sinclair customer for many years. Of late, I seriously have to question where the people who manage this company are going. The loss of Tim and Gene in the Kamloops branch is demonstrative of an exceptional disconnect between the people in charge, and the people on the front lines. The amount of knowledge between Tim and Gene no longer being at this branch cannot be replaced. These people have been in this industry for ages, and are extremely well known and appreciated for their personalities, honesty and integrity. I know the loss of these people will have a negative impact locally for this branch. I'm very disappointed in the direction Sinclair is moving in.

Ignorant arrogant complete dipsticks. I tried to purchase new central air for my home for self installation. I am ticketed and qualified. They refused to sell me equipment and then called other wholesalers trying to get them to not sell to me. I found other friendly wholesalers in Kamloops who sold me equipment and vent over backwards to assist me. Don't darken there doorway as there better businesses who respect you as a consumer.

All three guys behind the counter are top notch. Always accommodating and going out of their way for customers. They display a positive and friendly attitude and they’re always helpful. My top choice for parts.- Dave Mulligan , HVAC mechanic.

I can’t say enough great things about the friendly professional counter staff. I have over 20 years experience dealing with suppliers all over canada and they are definitely one of the best. Always helpful sourcing uncommon products, and ordering things in.
