I just now received notice that the rent for my storage locker is being increased from $230 a month to $257.50 effective 4 days from now. I am not sure that this lack of proper notice is legal, but it is certainly lacking in integrity. Beware of this facility!(Eventually they did offer me 4 further months at the original rental rate. That came a month after the increase cited above).

We rented a unit here for 7 months while we were out of town. They are a fair price, secure & safe, new clean units and the owner is great and easy to work with. Her and her daughters even came to rescue us late at night when a city power outage locked us in. We highly recommend this storage facility.
