Very disappointed with the service in the print shop. All they were worried about was getting lunch. There were 12 people waiting for service when I was there.

There is an increasing tendency for merchants to advertise a fee, and then at the payment stage, add an additional fee, previously unannounced. I have recently purchased printing services from Staples. A fee for this service is stated, and then, at the end, a service fee" is added. Why am I charged a service fee when I've already paid for the service? Is Staples trying to conceal the true cost of the service until the end

I find using the Staples website to be incredibly frustrating and slow. It took me 20 minutes to order 3 items - one of which turned out to be unavailable even though it was showing as in stock locally online.Picking up my online order was less than a thrilling experience. There was no one at the online pickup area. The sole cashier paged someone who took 10 minutes to saunter to the front of the store, literally walked past me (standing at the empty online pick-up area) to ask the cashier (who still had no one to serve) what she was paged for. Even though there were no customers, they couldn't find my order and it was another 15 minutes by the time they found it and processed the paperwork. Far from being a digital process.If I hadn't needed what I bought urgently, I'd have just ordered it from Amazon.

Unfortunately, this store is one of the worst Staples in North America period. Their printing and photo departments are outdated, outmanned, and unavailable almost always. The queue for a simple photo or print can be between 30 minutes to an hour, just in line. I'll go elsewhere for my business needs.

I have been to print department , the people there didn’t even look around that if someone is waiting for help or not . Even after calling the guy , he tried to ignore three customers and it was 5.40 he refused to help anyone because they were closing at 6 pm . Its worse behaviour i have ever seen anywhere like no value of others time.

I found it disheartening how poorly they made me, as a customer, feel throughout the customer experience. Their initial response and the subsequent tone they adopted during the discussion were both unkind. It's unfortunate that such a simple printing task turned into a frustrating ordeal. The final price of $2 was lower than expected, but it doesn't negate the negative impression they left on me.If you don't like people, don't work in Customer oriented jobs.

I wasn't able to ship my laptop from the FedEx express. They can't accept items with batteries. The clerk was so apologetic and gave me directions to the main FedEx. But did find some new markers on clearance instead.

Poor staff training or appears to be. Tried out an opened box laptop and the employee stood there while this machine tried booting up. He the tried shamelessly pawning my friend and I off on to another staff so he could finish putting away his ink cartridges. The whole time was awkward because he barely said anything to us and didn't make eye contact. It was just a really poor experience and I have my personal opinions as to why this has been happening in my community I'll leave it at that.
