A strong reputation in the EV/solar community led me to Kuby. After comparing multiple options, chose Kuby based on product, price, and knowledge.They did start work a few weeks later than scheduled (Christmas and weather played a factor), but were done quick (3 days). That included shoveling significant snow off the roof and ensuring the snow did not impede driveway or walkway.They took great care in working around our 2 cats - ensuring the cats did not 'get out' or go where they shouldn't.They got the inspection handled very quick, and everything was official less than a week after they started work.It has only been a short time, so can't speak to longevity of their work yet.The only advice I have for would be solar customers: shop around (obviously), and understand about clipping. Kuby did explain it during the proposal phase, but with lots of info flying around, it wasn't entirely understood.Also, check out the Eco Solar Home Tour and Solar Energy Society of Alberta to learn lots about this great new world of energy generation!

My experience with Kuby for installing solar panels was excellent. I spent several months evaluating solar installers, discussing options for mounting to our low slope membrane roof and had to work through an electrical panel upgrade too.I signed my contract for a 8.1kW system at the end of the 2022 installation season and knew I would be waiting until spring 2023. I was surprised when Kuby said that rough-in electrical work would begin in January, but this headstart streamlined the installation six weeks later.There was a forecast of snow on the proposed install date and the team showed up a day earlier to install mounting clips while it was sunny and dry on the roof. This adaptability resulted in the panels being installed successfully the following day.I found Kuby to be patient when I was researching and evaluating options and helpful for any questions I had. They were also quick to take advantage of any window of good weather to get our system installed as early as possible.All employees I have interacted with over email, phone and in person have been professional and treated myself and the property with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kuby to others and share the positive experience I had.

Had a 4.8 kW system installed in December 2020. Kuby was open and communicative about what was happening. Everyone I dealt with were professional and courteous. During installation, the crew provided updates daily so I had no surprises. There was a minor delay in the installation (due to weather and site access) but they were pretty clear and open about it I had one connectivity issue a day after the system was energized and Kuby had that resolved the same day. I had excellent service and would recommend them without reservation. System has been working without issue since then.

I am absolutely recommend Kuby Energy as a trust with reasonable price company. Almost two years for my solar project, but now I have to cancel it due to I am not qualify to apply city loan. They are very happy to help me out without any penalty even I signed the contract. Thank you very muchJanet

The Kuby team has been awesome right from the starting to the end !!! For every question I had, they were able to answer and more.It was a smooth process but then got bit delayed because of winters but In spring starting the first thing they came and did the installation.!! It’s up and running now I am altogether Happy about and have been telling my friends about you and your company .Thank you once again to all the team for guiding me through all steps want to take names and thank them one on one but then everyone gave me a prompt response whenever I contacted them at each stage . You have a wonderful team and you should be proud of it .We got along well with them and we communicated back and forth .Thank you !!

Kuby Renewable Energy is among the top 3 best service experiences I have encountered in my lifetime. I am incredibly impressed by what a turn-key, full service, and hassle free company they are. Each member of the team was a pleasure to work with, from the sales team to the installers. You can tell that they have a positive work environment, and that they love what they do! I will, and have, recommended Kuby to everyone I know that is in the market for solar installation.

I started researching getting panels well over a year ago. Late last summer/ early fall after months of chatting with a salesperson agreed to have Kuby install. Experienced a lot of delays on install and I was getting very frustrated with my experience and regretting my decision to hire.I reached out with my concerns and had one of the business owners contact me directly to discuss the delays. I will say they made the effort, sounded genuine with an apology, and made the situation right. Not many companies out there that make the effort to rectify a wrong so yes, kudos on the effort.Thanks for making the effort to address my concerns Kuby, even though my project has seen substantial delays Ill say the ownership is honest and willing to make things right when problems are identified. And the install looks good.

Our decision to purchase a Tesla Powerwall through Kuby Renewable Energy was a a great choice! Although there was a considerable delay from order to delivery, due to no fault of Kuby, they maintained effective communication to provide updates. When our unit was brought out for installation and commissioning, two experienced Electricians, Simon and Paul took great care in their work. They arrived on time, completed their work as estimated, were courteous, and on departure, left our home as they would a clean worksite! I am impressed with the quality of work and care demonstrated throughout this project and without hesitation recommend Kuby Renewable Energy Ltd!
