I wanted to trade my vehicle in for a new one and the Kia dealerships local to me wouldn’t give me a fair trade value. Not only did Forbes give me the best trade in value, but they had the vehicle I wanted on their lot and accommodated me so well. I’ve been a Kia owner for many years and the experience with Forbes was better than anywhere else. Well worth the drive from Halifax. Thank your Mark, Kim, and Hunter! I purchased my 3rd KIA today, my first Brand new and my experience with Forbes KIA was better than any dealer I have ever had dealings with, well worth the drive from Halifax.From the first email communication with Hunter I felt my needs and wants in a vehicle were import, I was given a very fair trade in value, I felt my business was appreciated and I was important as a customer. I asked so many questions through email and both Hunter and Kim were always prompt to reply, clarified every detail, and were very professional.When I arrived to trade in my 2020 KIA and purchase my 2023 KIA, I was greeted with a handshake and wonderful smile, after a test drive Kim reviewed all paperwork on the purchased and sale with me, answered all my questions and made the car buying experience enjoyable. Hunter went over all the options in my new car, had a picture with me and my new KIA, introduced me to the service and parts employees, I was thanked for buying with Forbes KIA and left with a beautiful car, so full of joy, comfortable and confident in my purchase.By far, the best experience I've had throughout any vehicle purchase.Thank you Hunter and Kim, you both ROCKED customer service and car buying experience.

We needed a new car and Hunter and Kim made it happen. A good deal on a 2018 Kia Optima EX Tech made us happy and we keep finding more neat stuff that it does!The service department is top notch! Brenda and Mark are really interested in me as a person as well as a customer. They go the extra step to make each visit special.

People were good. But dealership charges were $948 for used car, that’s where I backed out. I feel that’s not good for used cars. Mostly I have seen $100-300 but not $948 like this one.

They literally sold a used junk for 14000. Spent close to 3000 for repairs in less than an year, Lost almost 5000 when I traded for a new car. Too bad experience for first car. Started falling apart in a month.Edit: this response is following their reply that I didn't do business there , I find that very disappointing. I bought a dodge journey on Nov 21,2021 and they even have a picture of mine on their fb page still. Have a screenshot for proof .Anyways very disappointed in you Kia!

By far, the best experience I've had throughout my purchase, and now maintenance, of my new car! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. No pressure at all during the sales process, every time I call with any questions or maintenance the response is fast, helpful and honest. Forbes really stands up to the competition, especially when comparing to other dealers in the HRM. The commute out to New Minas was well worth our time. We will be long-time customers!

I was in a bind with a flat tire and they were able to quickly patch it and fix my headlights before their first appointment arrived. Although this would not be the norm in terms of availability, I am sure glad they were there for me. Always friendly and caring.
