I don't even know where to start...Russ our sales rep was amazing to deal with. Very responsive, didn't try and oversell anything, did the whole permit process to make it as stress free as possible. They arranged everything from water delivery to plumbing to electrical to landscaping. John Bouwmeister the landscaper in charge was great at chatting through all the landscaping ideas and desigbs and really made my dream come to life. All their crews worked hard to minimize disruptions and were all very friendly. They are a very trustworthy organization and were professional the entire time. The best part was they were here almost everyday except for downpours and completed the project in the same month exactly as promised. It didn't end there either Chris the service guy was always available to help with any questions about maintenance and chemicals and Brian did a fantastic job teaching me everything possible to service it myself. Thanks to the whole team for giving me my backyard oasis!

Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with these folks. Shirley, Amy and team are always very friendly and accommodating, top notch service. Whether it's picking up pool chemicals, pool equipment or getting the pool opened or closed, they provide great service at fair prices. Highly recommended.

POOL RENO: We knew when we bought our home 12years ago that the existing 35+year old pool would need to be addressed eventually. After meeting with several pool companies (I am thorough in my research - especially with large investments) we decided to award the project to Jones Pools. From our initial meeting with Mark (Jones Pools Project Manager) we were impressed with the Jones approach - collaborative, transparent and thorough! As we secured several competitive estimates, it became even more clear that Jones was the MOST thorough with their estimate - which ultimately sets their client's up with confidence and very little room for unexpected/unplanned (expensive!) surprises. The Jones crew is a tight one - lovely, polite and hard working people. Mark (Project Manager) was extremely collaborative and worked dilligently to find creative solutions to satisfy our (picky) design aesthetic. And Brian (one of the owners) is personable, hands on and very much wants his clients to be HAPPY - and, we are very happy with the outcome. Will look even better once the foliage matures. The Jones pool team was fantastic to work with from the design process, to the construction and showing us how to maintain our new pool. When planning our pool and backyard design they were honest and gave suggestions on how to make our vision a realistic reality. Their pricing was always honest with no hidden surprises.
