Had my first hydrofacial today with April and she was amazing. I find it difficult to boon these type of treatments when there’s so many options out there ….but when you get awesome costumer service like I did from April I was happy to rebook for another treatment.

Their online booking doesn't seem to work which is a bit frustrating. Service itself is good but their customer service is lacking. Girl at the front desk had her phone out, didn't ask how my service was, didn't even say goodbye or have a nice day when I was leaving, just made me feel like I was disrupting her. Music is also general radio, so doesn't have a spa ambiance. Had the exfoliage massage so took a shower and the shower head seemed partially clogged with poor pressure. Also got a facial for the first time ever and while I appreciated the quiet, I had no idea what products were being used and it didn't seem catered to my skin like advertised because she didn't ask questions or tell me anything. Just seemed like poor communication at that part.

A couple of day's ago I had my first manicure and pedicure in a very long time! It was great and I couldn't be more pleased! I wish I can remember the name of the girl who took care of me because she was awesome! Looking forward to my next visit soon!

ASHLEY is the BEST hair stylist ever ! I have been seeing her for years and despite trying many others along the way due to schedule clashes , Ashley's Art always shines the Best !!!! I never look more glamorous than after a haircut by her hands !

I went in for a scalp diagnostic and let me tell you, it was the coolest and craziest thing I had ever seen! You can literally where your roots starts to grow and so much more! U have extremely thin hair at the top of my head and some damage at the bottom so I wanted to check out what was going on and how can I make my hair and scalp healthy again. Ashley was SO nice! She explained everything so well and took her time and I learned so much from her! I went in the next day to get a fusio dose treatment and blow out by Ashley as well and she did a phenomenal job!! I got so many compliments on my hair and how healthy and shiny it looked!!Thanks again Ashley and Amy!!

My stylist Ashley is phenomenal. Her skills of patiently listening and reflecting back my desires around style and colour are rare. In a world which is so fast-paced, Ashley takes the time to ensure I am valued and I always walk away feeling empowered and really relaxed and happy! She is rare and precious! I also want to acknowledge the amazing team at the Pitt Meadows location, who are diligent with making me feel special right from the moment I step into the store. Eileen is the sweetest lady, she has done my lashes and eyebrows a few times and they always turn out perfect. Highly recommend!

Adela is a fantastic hair stylist! I've been seeing her for about 3 years now. She always keeps up to date with current hair trends and is very open-minded and accepting when it comes to hairstyles as well! She is so nice and really knows her stuff! :)
