Absolutely rude staff, the one cooking the burgers snapped at me cause I wanted a mushroom Swiss burger then asked for sour cream on it. They were trying to sell wilted brown slimy lettuce to customers and got mad when asked to change it, highly recommend going to the Halifax shopping or South Park locations instead.Thoroughly disgusted. Do better

Service was okay. Food was delicious. Wait time's weren't too long. Would have loved some crispy bacon on my burger instead of soft undercooked bacon but it still tasted delicious. Love the burrito's here, always tasty and fresh.

One of the best burger restaurants around - they are known for their very creative burger and poutine options (Thai chili poutine is a must try!) and excellent mexican food! And the best part is the customization - whether you order a burrito or burger or anything else, the variety of toppings and sauces you can choose from easily beats out a place like Subway or Harvey's.I've eaten here many times and never once have I had a bad experience - food quality is always top notch and service is fast and friendly. They are fancy fast food - and I mean that in the best way possible as you won't wait too long and the price for value has been consistently high in my experience. I also recommend ordering online via their website - extremely user friendly, offers same order customization as in-store, and they will notify you when your order is ready for pickup (along with first giving you an estimated time the order will be done) - really convenient!They also often have a special burger of the month and participate in burger week with always-inventive creations. I'm very glad we have such a great restaurant in the neighborhood and if you've not gone - please make sure you do! Guaranteed you'll be back!

The fries were crispy, decently slathered in gravy and cheese curds were mixed throughout. We ordered the Triple Bacon Poutine which came with a nice amount of perfectly cooked bacon. This is possibly the best poutine we've ever eaten and we will definitely be back for more. We also ordered the Monster Mozzarella Crunch Burger, however the mozzarella was 1/2 the radius of the bun and 1/2 the width we were expecting from the picture. In fact we couldn't even taste the cheese and we're both really big cheese lovers. We were very displeased and the burger was nowhere near being worth the price or the title of Monster Mozzarella. We will probably only order the poutine again, but if we do give the burger another shot it will hopefully be one that actually suits its title.

Me and my boyfriend when to this location last night with my three teens. The staff was just an absolute delight.. there was a young lady behind the counter making a taco for my daughter and she went above and beyond to make her taco just right, even down to frying up some mushrooms for her. 110% would go here and recommend this spot. Epic job you guys.

I ordered a regular size poutine and when it arrived there was barely no fries ,cheese or gravy and it was very cold the food!!!! it’s very disappointing considering the cost of food and everything else going up . Ripping people off must be the new norm. I will never eat at this place ever again .

Poutine is easily one of the best in Halifax. Their burger week burger was quite good! The only thing is that there is a lot of cheese which sits heavy in the stomach.

I’m sorry to say it but the food was seriously disgusting. I got the haddock burger. Tasted like it’s been thrown in the frier multiple times over and was old. The tartar sauce on the burger was not good either. I had coleslaw on the side, tasted like it was sitting in the container for a long time. Everything just tasted out of date. Staff member also scraped the last tiny bit of limp WET lettuce out of the container and put it on my burger. Not to mention dirty atmosphere and flies flying around everywhere. I understand not being able to clean tables right away after a rush but it’s kind of disgusting to try to eat with fruit flies flying all around your food and face. :(
