Was promised my part for Honda between 3-5 weeks it has been over 4 months no update no estimate of time. I understand there might be a delay with Honda but this is ridiculous

dont wastw your time here. they do not follow timings and always close whenever they want. i came at 3.50 one day they were suppose to close at 4 but they were already closed. i then came to return a battery at 7.45 and they were suppose to close 8pm but they were closed already i even came on 740 another day and they were open but the guy said he closed the system already.To your response below, I emailes the details to General Manager same day and no response yet so no wonders the service is this bad.

I had an appointment at 8 : 15 and costumer service person Joypreet Bajwa told me it will not take too long and will be ready by 9 : 30 ..... waited and waited until 11 to get my car ready....Why would you give a costumer a time for the order when you can't keep the promises...Really disappointed... i guess nobody cares !...

Kenny and the service team are simply amazing! I went and got an oil change and it was probably the most seamless and best quality experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 I will definitely be back! Thank you Kenny!

The worst experience with a sales guy- Emad or Evad. I took a minute to discuss with my husband on what colour we prefer for the car (in my native language) and this sales guy said he didn’t understand what I said (since it was not in English). I told him, I was speaking to my husband and not to him. He had the arrogance to tell us that he doesn’t want to waste his or our time!!What the hell does that mean!! We just kept quiet and didn’t react then.I was speaking to my husband !!! To decide !!HE AN AN ISSUE WITH ME DISCUSSING WITH MY HUSBAND IN MY NAYIVE LANGUAGE !!Extremely arrogant guy from when we sat down itself !! We just left .. Waste of OUR time. And to think this day we wanted to actually get the vehicle!I complained at the front desk also saying the sales guy was rude , she said ok! I asked can we have someone else attend to us, and she said ok!! That’s it !! No sorry to hear that !! Nothing .If anyone wants to come here, I assure you that the arrogant services are excellent!
