Always such a nice place for us to leave our Bender when we can't take him with us. They are so nice to our dog.

Our dogs had an awesome time there and we loved the pictures posted so we got to see them while we were away!

Wonderful place to let your pets have a holiday while you do. They take such wonderful care of the animals and the facilitate fantastic. Such an ease on your mind while you're away from them.

Nice clean space for our furry friends . The staff is great and truly care about their guests. Highly recommended.

It seems my review may have been deleted/hidden/flagged by the business.I am sharing that I posted a review to the Better Business Bureau as well as on FB (search my name).Generally, this business had a kennel cough outbreak that was not as minimal as they reported. When it occurred in July, no notices were sent out. When I booked in August, I became aware after others had their dogs there and got kennel cough. I called a few days in advance of August and was asked why no notices were being sent out. Shortly after they started sending notices. Then in late August I was told to call back in September for my new dates because they would have a slow weekend on labour day weekend. When I called today (Sept 6), they advised they were not taking people during that time (not that they had a slow weekend). During this phone call the employee, who I am assuming is the owner given her tone (I would be surprised a regular employee would speak this way), started to make allegations against me. She started to say that I was alleging they were diligent enough and at no time did I say that. Nor did I say they weren't doing enough - another allegation. By the end of the phone call, I took a comment by this employee to be making fun of my speech and at that time I no longer felt safe bringing my pet to this location. I said I would call back about cancellation and shortly after cancelled the bookings. I do not recommend this place given the health and safety concerns as well as the ongoing inconsistencies in the story being told to pet owners about what they have done, how they have changed.

I called to get some information about leaving my new puppy there over the holidays and was absolutely shocked to hear that no one is there overnight with the animals. If something happens to them overnight or they have an accident in their kennel they just have to wait it out until they come in at 8am. 15 hours alone is too long for dogs!

They were extremely friendly and helpful. I was nervous about leaving my dog there for the weekend, but he instantly was affectionate with the employees. They give a helpful pet report card at the end of the stay to let you know how your pets stay was, and often post updates or pictures of the pet visitors on their Facebook page. Next time I need to go out of town, my dog will definitely be staying with them.
