Don't even bother!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could. They are so unprofessional and very rude for no reason.They refused to let me talk and just kept interrupting me. They immediately refused to help us without any information. They just hung up on me after saying they wouldn't come. It was so frustrating that I burst into tears after the phone call. The few words I actually got in, I was very polite! Even when they were being horrible to me. Well, now I'm going to say what I felt (and I can't be interrupted).I was out in the freezing cold last winter for FOUR hours, thanks to these guys. I eventually found a guy on Facebook (4 x 4 rescue) that actually helped. I don't know what I would have done otherwise.So yeah, call literally anyone else except these guys.

Super helpful in a fairly fraught situation. Stuck with us for 7 hours after CAA dropped the ball, even if it did take until 3 am to get us into town with rv on the deck. Super grateful to Mike, Jordan, A.J. and Justin.

I have literally never received better customer service at any other place in my entire life. A family member ended up in the hospital and I had to get there car towed with only vague location information. Then not only found and towed the car, they did it really fast stored the car for me. I flew in from out of province and ended up at the wrong storage facility and one of there drivers even drove me to the right one. All of there staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. I honestly I have had such a great experience.

They took 12 hours to come and get my car with my children off the side of the highways dont use them unless you want to be stuck the whole day!

I don't know what happened here recently, but this business has completely gone to sh¡t. They took over 24 hours to pick up my car, within Thunder Bay city limits, and my car still isn't at the mechanic 5 days later. The company was absolutely wonderful with my difficult situation, the tow operator Greg went above and beyond to pull me out of the back lane with the vehicle being disabled, put me at ease while I was extremely nervous and upset, I have learned that this company will be my only towing company of choice and I would recommend these people to absolutely everyone, if you can, ask specifically for greg

Helped with my ride quickly. Half hour wait tho. Don't expect for them to be there 10 mins after you called. Driving takes time as all drivers know.
