Dealt with Darlene, even after closing hours. She combined all policies into one from different insurers, (for ease and efficiency), while looking for potential discounts. Very knowledgeable. The savings were substantial from my previous insures. Darlene even pointed out a small deficiency in my overall coverage for autos and home, and addressed that as well. We were very pleased with Darlene's work on getting us a new car and tenant insurance quote - she was able to keep our insurance with the same company, but got it about $1,000 cheaper than the official quote that we received via the post!
