Note: I am a wheelchair bound but can’t afford having a wheelchair at this point so walk with crutches and bought a cheap car for my medical transportation. After the Hospital appointment, I to go and dispute parking violation ticket, I was without my pain medication as I am on: On June 12, 2018 I went to 55 John Street, Toronto to dispute my parking ticket. I waited for my ticket Number W063. My number called on window #3, the young woman took evidence from my phone and asked the woman on window #4, if she allows waiving the charges as my car was parked 85% legally? She told her ….NO. So she gave me a dispute form to complete at the side corner table. I walked back to window#3 but she told me my number on queue wait until your number arrives. I waited for 5 to 7 minute. The guy at the reception was assisting Chinese speaking man; I asked him, do I have to wait to submit this form long? He told me no …no. Go back to the window where you were given this form. Again I walked to the window#3. She looks at her computer screen and told me, I can see your number is in QUEUE so wait. I walked back to the chair. My disabled surgical foot started swollen up. Again I walked at the reception desk guy and asked him to look at in his computer; how many people ahead of me? He told me my number is not shows up on waiting. He was may be annoyed, “I told you my number was called” and told me to walk with him again at the window #3; she told him I am not a screening officer. He told me she is not a screening officer that’s why wait. At the window #1 the guy serving someone just finished. He took me to him. He point at the window #4 as she was calling us to go to her. Before he left I asked why window #3 lies about my number on queue? At window #4 she said I will give you a $30.00 to pay. I told her I am having a hardship so I can’t afford to pay for long. Hear she started humiliating me loudly, pile of privacy questions bombarded by her on me publicly, I was in super pain and some of conversation I remembered:Question: 1 - If you having hardship how do you afford a car and an insurance? Answer: 1 – someone helping me for as I cannot afford transportations’ right now.Question: 2 – why don’t you use a public transportation? Answer: 2 - In past few years; I developed a public-transportation phobia.Question: 3 – Do you have evidence that you cannot afford paying only $30.00? Answer: 3 - Yes, this is my ODSP' monthly pay stub.Question: 4 – I am not buying your fake story, you understand?Answer: 4 – I will not answer any questions , I will speak at the tribunal.She gave me a hardship form and told me to complete and bring it back to her. After completing I walked back again to her. She took hardship form and gave the same form that was given to me at the W#3 to complete again. My surgical ankle swollen up and I was in terrific pain. All I wanted to go home and take medication and elevate my leg. I have a reading glasses but wasn’t with me. Again I complete information but I walked to the reception guy and asked him where do I find her supervisor to make complaint? He told me ask her. I walked at the W#4, Every minute I wanted to saved and run to home. The supervisor was pregnant woman she was covering her up. During the conversation I told supervisor that she did not offered me chair. The supervisor told me she did as she heard that. I said maybe she did but I did not get it. I asked supervisor why you didn’t hear the way she was humiliating me in public loudly by asking a privacy questions. She remain silent helped me to complete a form. When I got home, I took heavy pain killer and cried for hours for this abusiveness from city employees. The woman at W#3 lied to me about my number in queue, particular that nasty at W#4 who abused me & my disability publicly in an unexplainable way and the supervisor, who heard that she offered me chair but did not protect a disable woman to be tortured in abusive way. I will file a complaint for all abusive misconducts. I need Torontonian stand by me. So no one get tortured abusively the way I was...

Went ro this location for training. Ontario works office there and other services.

Scanning officers not professional and rude, city have to put some young people there . Thank You

Today may 13 / 17 at around 12 noon near St George street ( U of T buildings area ) a parking enforcement officer on a bike gave me the finger and yelled at me calling me an A..... hole just after I sounded my horn to alert him that I was passing him , he was not looking my way and was busy with his device . He was close to the middle of the street that I was traveling . I find this not acceptable behavior from someone employed by this department particularly when only yesterday I paid A $50.00 ticket without dispute , James P.

Really?Send a violation notice for driving away?You are ripping off us big time for no reason.Way to go city of Toronto. Road conditions are terrible. Traffic jams caused by stupid bikers and transportation system. Worse than 3rd world countries.

Parking tags operations used to be a lot easier to navigate. I'm not sure if the staff were just having a bad day or this is the new way this place operates. No more grabbing a number and waiting. Just stand in a line forever to be told I'm not in the right line. But there isnt anything to indicate this.Signage and a way to triage people would be great.
