Excellent customer service paul and his wife are so friendly I would recommend this shop to anyone. They did a really good job on my tires.

Got my tire repaired here a couple weeks back and it has not had an issue since. Tire had a massive nail stuck into it and One of their tire techs fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price (Half of what other tire places) were quoting me. ill be coming back for more business in the future!

Best place to buy tires. Went to get dollies tires for my tow truck and they had the best price around.service was fast also i didn't need to wait. The owner was nice enough to understand that i need it to get back to work and he put a really nice worker to get me out of there really fast. I cant thank enough

Got 2 tires installed and an alignment done on my Santa Fe. As having bad experiences with other shops. Paul & Kat were a pleasure to deal with. I got a good vibe from them as soon as I began speaking with them. The techs were experienced and quick. The prices were fair too. As myself being a mechanic in the past I knew right away that they were truthful & honest people. I will be going back for my automotive needs.

Such a lovely couple to talk to! Very fast, efficient, and squeezed me in even while busy. Pricing was very competitive and the cheapest out of several nearby mechanics that I called. Will definitely be returning if my car has tire issues again!

Honestly 5 stars are not enough, if I could give 10 stars I would! I have been there twice for two different issues with my rims/tires and I have left each time absolutely blown away by the amazing service! First off, Kat and Paul are the definition of amazing customer first owners. They don’t brush you off when you walk in or make you wait ridiculous amounts of time before they acknowledge you, you’re greeted instantly when you walk in and if you called before hand then they know exactly what you’re in for and get you in the back as fast as they can. But the main person this review is about is the amazing technician in the back, Jeremy. Jeremy is by far the BEST technician I have ever dealt with EVER. He is absolutely amazing at his craft, he knows what exactly to listen, look, and feel for when dealing with any repair. He takes the extra mile to actually look into whatever issue you’re having instead of some shops that give it a quick look and throw it back on the car and charge you all kinds of money. He also takes pride in his work and actually wants to fix your issues and having you back on the road worry free instead of doing half the job hoping for you to come back to charge you more, he is by far the BEST at his job and definitely deserves all the credit he is do. Thank you again to everyone at PTS, by far the best shop in the GTA!!!

I used this shop years ago when it was under different management. Service was excellent back then. I needed the service done again and remembered them from last time. Realized that the shop was under new management now and all I can say is wow! Even better service, and an awesome couple running it! Paul and Katherine, you have a new customer for sure. I have already posted it on my Ram forums and hopefully it'll send more business your way!

Friendly helpful educational, honest fare prices, they find what you are looking for. I had my rear brakes done, Paul the owner, and mechanic. He brought me to the back showed me i didn't need pads mine that was on were still new, so i changed just my rear rotors and bought a tire. I loved the honesty service i recommend, anyone i rate it much higher than 5 if I rated it as my 1st time and helpful mechanics and customer service it be in the millions. Clean environment. During covid must wear mask all time in the waiting room, in the shop.clean floors the tire expert (Jeremy) gave me taught me about my other tires that i didn't know about.I believe this from day 1 now you have a new long term customer. Thank you PTS tires (Paul and Kat ).

Kathryn and Paul are absolute gems! Honest and kind people are hard to come by these days but from my first encounter with them today, I can say that they embody those two characteristics. Their mannerisms, their customer service skills were all top notch and I recommend everyone give their shop a visit for all your tire needs. The new owners seem like good folks, they bought the shop not long ago, and are dealing with some old business. That said they are focused on taking care of all the clients, old and new. They kept most of the old staff, which is admirable, so there are familiar faces in the shop. I'm happy with the customer service, though there have been bumps in the road (lol), the team there has done all they could to smooth things over.Update: Added 1 star.Since my first review, I've gotten to know Kat & Paul. We take both our family cars here for tires, service and repairs. Pricing is fair, work is always good, and the service is great. Thanks to the team at PTS.
