Engraving Place

Went there and the staff so not helpful at all very rude and unkind so much that I decided not to engrave my stuffs there. Being a tourist in such a beautiful city with so much friendly people I was expecting to be treated differently! I will not recommend this place AT ALL! However in the same building on the 1st floor(this one is 6th floor) there is another place called Wxpert Casting that also engrave and there people are sooooo kind and friendly! You better go there!

Mary saved my butt and was able to turn around a project on a tight timeline with extraordinary results after I was left high and dry by another vendor.Customer service is personable, casual, and authentic. Craftsmanship is top quality.

Mary did an excellent job of engraving some gifts for me. She has a very good design sense and I appreciated that she was honest about what would and wouldn't work for the size of the items. She is professional and also lovely to chat with. I love this heritage building, too!

I was in from out of town and needed a necklace repaired. Not only did Mary get it done, but for less than half of what another store tried to charge me. Mary was an extremely helpful, nice, and down to earth person (as opposed to the snobby types I often find in the jewelry business).She did not have time to fix it the same day, and I wasn't sure if my work schedule would allow me to come pick it up, so she went out of her way to drop it off at my hotel. I highly recommend this business.

Fantastic! I researched several different engraving places to get a watch engraved for my fiance as a wedding gift, and this was one of the only places to return my email asking for prices and turnaround time. I brought in the watch on a Monday at lunch and Mary was very helpful with going through the different options for engraving (the watch already had a branded engraving on the back so we altered my original plan to fit the watch). By Thursday morning it was ready to pick up and it was exactly what I was expecting. Mary was very friendly and helpful (even offered to help me change the watch band since I asked her about how to do it), the price was reasonable, and I am very happy with the finished product!

This is our go-to engraver! Mary does a great job on whatever we bring her. She went above and beyond for us — forgiving me for showing up late and being willing to drop it off at our home if I didn’t make it.

Mary was cheery and friendly. The work was fantastic and completed quickly. She engraved a Zippo lighter for a friend. A small job, but she was willing to send some design ideas to me. Will definitely return whenever I need some engraving done.

Dad engraved his DL number on all his tools. I took a picture, took it into Mary and she perfectly reproduced it on watches for my brothers and me. On time and exactly what I wanted.
