The server Alex (we were told her name) was loud, rude, and not only did NOT give us the full change but also unceremoniously insisted on a higher tip than the one already given to her.Plus, the overcooked pizza, wilted salad. Missing clean and proper plates, and the complimentary bread and butter.

We had a late lunch here today and really enjoyed it, everything was great. The food was delicious and the portions were big. My husband is a picky eater and he loved the veal. There was no wait, the service was fast and everyone was extremely polite. We sat outside and there was soft relaxing music. The prices were fair, about $30 per person for a nice quality meal. Great place, we will definitely return.

We were here to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday. The experience at this restaurant was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We we’re approximately 17 people and the service was non existent besides ordering our food and recieving our food. We never got our drinks that we ordered, they were heavily short staffed, they never served us water, I had to personally go get my own pitcher of water and Ice and thats where I found out that their Ice machine actually was deffective. From visuals, it looks like the ice machine had to be reset for the ice cycle each time it made a batch so that would explain their Ice shortage. They are too cheap to fix their own ice machine but charge ridiculous prices for mediocre food. I would know, I work in the commercial kitchen repair industry. We recieved our food, the pulled pork poutine was heavily smothered in sauce and looked like a soup. Me and my girl friend ordered the steak which from visiual presentation, looked under cooked due to the steak having little to no colour. We ordered our steaks medium rare and they were still raw inside. We returned our steaks and they brought us back medium rare steaks and they forgot to season the steaks. It had no flavour and was super dissapointed. Another person ordered the Rissoto and they loved it, the chicken was ordered as well and it was apparently good. The rack of lamb had little to no meat according to one person. We also ordered Tea and coffee at the end of the dinner and the Tea arrived an hour later. Overall very horrible service and the cost of the food does not match the quality and service expected. The mind boggling part was that the restaurant was packed. Somehow this place was popular on a staturday evening which Probably watered down the service we expected. Will more than likely never return here again.

My first time there. Had pizza and zucchini. Zucchini were same as you get anywhere and pizza was average. Server very nice but when he asked how my food was I said average and he replied well our specialty is the veal. Ok then. Windows were filthy. The people were nice though. I wouldn’t go back for 37$ veal parmigiana. Too pricy for average food.

I am not one to leave negative reviews but the quality of pasta needed to be discussed.Ordered the linguini, I felt I was eating noodles with milk sauce on it, no taste whatsoever. Not even an ounce of salt.Really disappointed in the quality of pasta.Also, for take out orders placed by uber or DoorDash, you should provide food in a stapled bag, not in a plastic bag with no protection.

I can’t believe this, the worst order I’ve ever had, it’s like a 5 year old kid cooked it, I ordered linguini but I had penne and it was way overcooked, the shrimp is undercooked, too much sauce its like a soup

Service was very long and not that good due to not enough staff. Not organized!! Food wasn’t that good, how can an Italian restaurant not be in a position to prepare a classic and simple spaghetti carbonara. Ask for bread 2 times, never got it, i was told that the bread was still cold ( don’t you have any oven’s?) No ice, the machine was broken.. it’s been a few days..ok their are other solutions to serve cold beverages. Also heard a server say that the owner has been holding on their tips for more than an month now. Do not recommend, their is a reason why their is no waiting time on a busy Saturday night.

Came for Valentine’s Day dinner with a reservation and it took them 5 mins to find a table, then an additional 10, mins for a server to come by and bring us glasses for the wine we brought and for water. After flagging down the waitress 15 mins later we ordered an appetizer, and additional 15 mins later we ordered an entree in order to make it for an event we had afterwards. We waited over an hour for our food, only to be told that the appetizer we ordered wasn’t available and that our entrees were almost ready. We had to eat in 5 mins to make it for the event we had planned afterwards. I had planned an hour and a half for dinner to allow time to make it to the event at 9pm and that still wasn’t enough time. The food was decent, but additional staff would be helpful. The servers were kind, however our dinner was really disappointing.

I love this place, because you can bring your own drink. The food is 10/10, at least the food I tried there. It’s not even pricey, I think the price is decent tbh.
