Not a customer. To be honest first time in a very long time. Great service and overall friendly prices. It also tasted amazing or at least different, I don't go to these often enough.

Lots of homeless people walk in and drug users. I was ordering my meal and had a sketchy dude behind me he was high I had to keep turning around just incase I thought I may get stabbed or poked with something. He ended up asking me to buy him a drink which I did as he asked politely and needed food to eat.

Had the chicken burger with fries last Friday and have not been able to go to work. I got food poisoning. Lost weight and today is Monday. Finally was able to put some food into me and my balance is off and very weak. Be careful.

Awarded the cleanest and most inviting a&w store in 2021 and I can see why. It does not feel like a typical fast food joint as it’s very well laid out.Has a wash basin within the eating area which I feel is a plus during covid and I feel more and more restaurants should adopt this. This location is very well lit and the indoor seating is very spacious. There’s also an outdoor patio which is really cool. The franchise owner is super friendly and his staff are very courteous. My food came out pretty quickly and was pretty hot.Really amazing onion rings and mushroom burger. I got the Chipotle Mayo which had a yummy zing. Their menu is great in that they have something for everyone: meat eaters and vegetarians.Overall, this spot was a pleasant surprise and I hope to come back and try other burgers on their menu.

the food was really good , the onion rings are tasty but too oily which is expectable because theyre deep fried ! The burger was tasty aswell . Good for a late night cravings open 24/7 . Closes dine in tho

Walking West on Shuter St., after an affordable housing meeting, towards the Eaton Center I spotted the A&W and sauntered in to order a drink. Instead my stomach grumbled so I got the Papa burger combo to appease the God of hunger.The staff was welcoming and aimed to please.

The service at this A&W location is always great.Ive started only ordering their cheapest burger, the mama. It's absolutely amazing, you'd never guess it was a cheapo burger, 2 or 3 of those and I'm full. Try them!

Wow - really surprised by how good this fast food place is. The ambiance makes you feel like it's much more than that. Clean and bright - the atmosphere is welcoming. Usually in a fast food place, you just want to grab the food and get out but this particular location is nice to stay and dine in. They have patio seating as well which is nice in times of pandemic and even otherwise.The owner is super nice and his staff is very courteous. I liked the Chipotle mayo so much that I asked for another and they kindly obliged. The onion rings were very yummy. My friend's burger bun was made with ancient grain which is pretty great for a fast food place. Enjoyed how hot our food came out.Overall, this is place exceeded my expectations and it's great to go for quick bite or for a more casual dine in.
