I had a necklace sold to me from overseas, identified as natural diamonds and was under impression for a whole year it was what it was… Fast forward one year later I had to get an appraisal for my insurance company as they requested it and found out through the process that it was Lab grown I was in shock beyond belief. Mike helped me by providing me official documentation and will try to get my money back from them. This guy knows what he’s doing.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michael and the way he conducts business. Michael is an expert in his field, honest, trustworthy and goes above and beyond. He is strictly an appraiser and nothing else, he doesn’t buy or sell items, he only appraises them. I don’t know the first thing about appraisals, he took the time to explain everything in detail and made the whole experience a great one. He does the appraisal right in front of you in about 20 minutes for 1 item. I highly recommend Michael for all your appraisal needs. Wish I could give 10 stars.
