If you are even the slightest bit interested in feeding birds, this is THE place to go. The staff are committed to both their winged and bipedal customers.Their bird seed might seem more expensive than what you can buy in the big box stores, but birds will actually eat it.Here you find the bird feeders that are squirrel-proof, special food just for squirrels, and bird baths that look nice and that you can clean.Photos of some happy customers in our front yard.

I stopped by this shop when I spotted it along my route and it was really cool and interesting to see so many things dedicated to birds but I also loved the stands with cute cards and mini puzzles and the different honeys and the bee-houses

I've been going to this store for over ten years and highly recommend it. The owners Jim and Lynda are extremely knowledgeable about all things relating to birds and wildlife and are ardent community activists for wildlife. I thoroughly enjoy visiting their store which has everything you would ever need for setting up birdfeeders, along with a wonderful assortment of gifts, everything from bird baths to jewelry. The entire staff is a wealth of information if you ever have any wildlife related question, and they're always happy to share information. They have wildlife organizations, and various speakers, who visit their store, all free events. I love going there, because their range of unique and practical products and gifts is always changing. Their website is phenomenal--even including information on walks around Ontario where you can see different birds.

After passing it for years on my way to work every morning and on my way home every evening I finally decided to walk in! The lady running the store a lovely English lady greeted me in a very friendly manner I looked around the store it has many beautiful things as well as food for birds of all kinds. The lady herself is very knowledgeable regarding birds so if you have any questions I suggest you go speak with her. I got myself and my best friend a couple of trinkets from there and I'm sure I'll be going in again. It's a lovely little spot to visit.

This store and employees are 5 star plus! No matter what your question is they know the answer! After speaking with employees I discovered that a bird seed I purchased at another nearby retail store was stale. (There was a method to test it) as soon as I replaced it with a seed from WBU I had gold finches lining up at the feeder! Since I have been shopping at WBU I have house finches, American gold finch, downy woodpeckers and more in my back yard every day! This store is clean and fully equipped, staff included, for your birding hobby.

Great for bird lovers. Have bought our seeds there for years. Good selection of products, interesting novelty items. Prices are good have good sales. Service is excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Defendantly recommend them for birders or a novice seeking advise.

I bought my very first bird feeder here a few days ago. I wasn't sure exactly what to get, but Barb was kind enough to go over the basics with me. Thanks so much for your help! I ended up getting the Basic Advanced Pole System, the Standard Squirrel Buster, and some seed. I placed the feeder around 3 feet from my front window and within a couple of hours I had 2 cardinals pay a visit, and they've been back every day since! Overall, its been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place. Great selection, with friendly knowledgeable staff to help you out!

Amazing bird store. Staff extremely helpful both in person and over the phone. I got lovely bird seed and my beautiful big Red Cardinals are back in full force. Special thanks to Kyle, who has taken numerous phone calls from me ...way above and beyond customer service. I dont live in the area, but this is MY go to bird store for everything now.

Long time customer. They offer the best in quality of products and very helpful friendly knowledge and advise. Even during this pandemic crisis when i ran low on bird seed...they came through with their curb side solution. I recently recommended them to a friend who lives north of Parry Sound. After my friend spoke to Kyle he bought several products and seed that were promptly delivered a few days later.
