The Team at Hippo have made our transition from pen/paper/emails to the new age virtually painless!! The software truly is user friendly, appeals to the eyes yet intuitive to navigate through. Initially to get the program up and running, we started WO's based off of locations and our operators have picked up the basics after a short orientation. We've since evolved from locations to imputing specific equipment data (ID Tags, manuals, parts listings) as well as migrated our Preventative Maintenance Program to it. Its a powerful tool overall that helps us keep track off all our maintenance operations across 7 facilities. Great value for money here and couldn't be happier so far!!

Don’t waist your money

I started looking for a CMMS system to make the maintenance department I manage more efficient, what I got was so much more then that, the people at Hippo make the transition from paper seem effortless. The instant notification to the maintenance technicians, keeps the down time to a minimum, followed by the ability to run reports showing what piece of machinery is causing the most problems, the automatic PM generating calendar keeps the preventative maintenance on schedule with the ability to move them if needed in real time to maximize production, if you are on the fence about moving to a CMMS system , and want outstanding service , price and training you came to the right place. Absolutely the best tool for a Maintanance Manager to have.
