Wonderful customer service in the parts department. I called they prepared what I needed. I showed up at my RDV time and was in and out in 10 minutes. They were kind and not pushy, they made sure the part I needed was the right one before they sent me on my way. I kind of like this COVID service, it doesn't waste my time.

Bought a pair of motorcycle gloves for the cold weather(200$) and they had a factory default (leather broke around the protection). Store refused to send them to the manufacturer saying it’s been more than a year (18 months, it’s true), even though those gloves have less than 2000km, look like new besides the damage.If you can, buy elsewhere!!!

Sales staff are untrustworthy and pushy. Promises made on price and then they added additional fees that were supposed to be waved. That killed the deal and we walked away. When talking to sales about the deal I was told by the staff member that they had done enough work on this sale after two phone calls and two emails! It was not a good way to start a relationship.

Best service even for your vintage Bombardier snowmobile. Mostly all parts in stock and the staff is very knowledgeable on common issues. The quality service is well worth the price.
