I have been living in Sage 2 for 2+ years, the customer experience is indeed exceptional. I’d like to deliver my special thanks to Shelby from maintenance team who is highly accountable and accommodated all my requirements tirelessly, patiently and quickly. Life during pandemic is hard, but you make it easier, thank you so much Shelby!

Worst management. I have been waiting over 3+ months for refundable" key deposit. At this point

If I could give them negative stars I would. Not sure if Cameron still works there but this guy accused me for not paying rent when it was their fault for messing up the payments with the previous tenant that lived there. Not only they did not reach out to the previous tenant to ask for the money back but they demanded me to pay back $1300 of rent missing for that month. I had to reach out personally to the previous tenant and ask them to resolve this issue with Sage management. They just want your money, making you double pay and scam you by threatening to take actions using a collections agency. If you’re reading this and considering leasing a unit with them, don’t do it. Save yourself the trouble and hassle and rent elsewhere.

Today I received a visit from the most efficient team out there to repair some deficiencies in my apartment. After being told that I would receive a visit in the next few business days, Rosemary and her partner came to the rescue! They were not only very diligent but they were quick! They tackled every task very professionally and I was very impressed! Thank you both so much.

From an owner's perspective, 0 stars if possible! From day one, lengthy construction delays, delayed legal matters, how developers and management handled it all, everything was a disaster! All they really care about is grabbing your money, not really about the service they provide in return.

We pay exorbitant amounts in property and management/admin fees (and parking) just for everything to be broken or not working all the time. Water, electricity, AC, parking spots (seriously, if I paid for an assigned parking spot, how can it be blocked off by building for 4+ months), you name it.Company and management is absolute garbage. And they have the audacity to tell us that we have been informed prior" to these issues in "emails" or "notices posted by the elevator". No emails

If there is a 0 star option, I will definitely select it!I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this property management team. Recently, a fire on the sixth floor caused water damage to my room. Despite hiring workers to dry the walls, I was asked to remove all my personal belongings without being informed of where to store them. When my landlord inquired about assistance with the move, we were told that no free service is provided.As someone who was not responsible for the fire or the water damage, I am angry and frustrated that I was left to deal with this situation alone, without any guidance or assistance from the property management team. It is the responsibility of the management team to provide support and assistance to residents in emergency situations, and it is unacceptable that they failed to do so.I urge anyone considering renting from this property management team to think twice before doing so. If an emergency situation were to arise, you cannot expect any help from the management team. I do not recommend this property management team and suggest that you look elsewhere.

DON'T move in this building!!!!My window has been broken for one year and no one came to fix it. There is no security , garage door is always open. Not safe. Don't Waste your $1000+/month.

Love living here, fantastic management and always kept reasonably tidy. Very secure and close to several shops and restaurants. Great for students, close to both universities!

Exceptional customer experiance with Sage. They accomidated all my needs and more, quickly and efficiently. It's such a beautiful place to live, quite and clean. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!!
