Unfortunately, the customer service is very poor at this location. The people at the cashier don't prioritize the lineup and stay on the phone while people are waiting. Very disappointing.

When I'm standing and looking at printers for 10 min and 3 salesmen attend to the same female customer, who btw came in after me, I'm going to give you a 1 star rating. Especially after the Store manager directed them there from behind the counter.And I'll shop online.

Rude staff at printing department. It’s painfully evident the way the spoke to me over the phone that they did not care to help me at all. Avoid this Staples.
