Be aware !I have been using the subscription service here since October and have been somewhat impressed, that is up until a week ago.I have always done a walk around of my truck once it has been cleaned just to check it. Here is what I found after my last wash, the whole bottom sides scratched up horribly ( please refer to pictures ). I don’t know what happened that day with there equipment but it was most definitely from this place and damaged my truck.I met the manger on site today and he was not very helpful. He claims that it couldn’t have happened and that the equipment doesn’t scratch. Last I checked nothing in life I guaranteed 100% and oddities happen.I asked to speak to the owner and was told the owner will not want to speak to me.I will now have to pursue other avenues to hold this business accountable.Needless to say I have cancelled my subscription

Love this place. They are open on the coldest of days in the winter. My dirty car goes in and my clean car comes out…. Great prices, if you pro-rate on a fixed monthly plan, to just a couple of dollars per wash. So worth it.

*Please read entire post* If you want a expensive repair bill having your clear coat peeled off go here. It’s not worth the time you save. The manager wasn’t helpful at all and wouldn’t stand behind the service they provide. He tried to show me pictures of the damage not being there in and out of the wash, which the camera on the exit view he showed was terrible but could clearly see the damage wasn’t there on entry and when I started to point out that I could see the damage upon the exit picture/video he immediately switched the picture and started to say it was probably a previous issue with my trucks clear coat that caused it to do it but chances of that on both sides of my trucks box?!?! Which is even what rock chips? Probably at least 90% of vehicles develop rock chips I drive on all asphalt. So pretty much everyone’s vehicle is susceptible to having this happen in this car wash?*UPDATE*So they replied to this telling me to contact them I did and manager won’t see or talk to me. But in talking to other employees they said there was much better camera angles he could have showed me so he deliberately was deceitful and in showing me a camera angle I couldn’t see the damage very well if at all upon exiting car wash to try and not take blame that the car wash actually DID cause the damage. I still could catch the damage though. I got a quote for the repair and was 2500$ to repair damage caused blatantly by this car wash and manager knows it but won’t step up and make it right. The owner needs to step up here hire a manager that actually provides customer support for issues of the service they provide. Also anyone else in the meantime should AVOID all together unless you want an expensive repair bill that they don’t take ownership for.

While not perfect, we've enjoyed the car wash over the last few months. It cleans well and is fast, overall we've been happy. The reason for my 1-star review reflects my experience around the 25% increase to the price of the subscription model. My issue is less around the price increase (we don't like it, but understand it happens) and more around the method of communication. The method feels deceitful. When we signed up, it was brought to our attention that the price may go up in the future but we would be given notice prior over email (at least 30 days). Clearwater has my email, my phone number, address and visa information but the method of communication used to notify me of a price increase was a sign at the car wash. You had to physically be at the location and stumble across the notification, which of course we missed. When I called the location to better understand what happened, the communication I received was well.... it was in the terms and conditions". I don't mind a price change

Cool concept, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it did not clean my car well at all, it totally missed the front and left huge dirty streaks on the back and top sides.Guess it doesn't work on small hatchbacks!

I’ve gone through this car wash about 8-9 times since they’ve opened. I’ve taken advantage of their Grand Opening Specials and gotten treated very well. The staff appear well-trained and diligent towards Customers. The car wash itself is excellent. The latest visit was Sunday March 26, 2023 around 6:30pm. The young man ushering vehicles in was smiling and eager. I’ve found my new favourite car wash! Yes, the monthly packages can be pricey; however, I’ve already gotten my money’s worth. Nice to keep my vehicle clean!

I went here because I thought it would be convenient. They continually have issues processing payments which resulted in me needing to get out of my vehicle almost every time I came in, and were unable to setup more than 1 vehicle per credit card. To make matters worse, I still had road grime on my vehicle after every wash. After several attempts, I was finally able to connect with Jason, the manager, and he was great to deal with. He did his best to fix the situation, but admitted he still was unsure why my account was having issues so, I opted for my money back and will take my business elsewhere until they sort this out. He is aware of the poor wash quality and said they are looking at upgrading equipment to solve this problem. Maybe this will be a great car wash a year from now once they get all the bugs worked out but until then, I will be supporting a different car wash.

UPDATE: I was offered a free wash to attempt to get the front end clean so i gave it another shot and it came out the same, so they had me go through a third time and used a wand on the spot that was still dirty and proceeded to rub it with a ski glove. This of course got most of the spot clean but im not a fan of the use of an abrasive glove on my paint. Ive bumped up my review from 2 to 3 stars as the customer service was good, but the wash was still disappointing.ORIGINAL: Very disappointed with how the wash turned out, spent $17 after tax (more than the most expensive wash at most car washes) and much of my vehicle is still dirty! Not impressed and don't think ill be going back.

My place to go for car washing, nice setup and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Love the concept and would give it a five star if it cleaned the back of my SUV as well as it cleans the sides. Even when I ask the friendly staff to give my back end an extra spray on the way in it still doesn't seem to come out clean.Edit- I did go through twice to try and get the front and back cleaner but it didn't seem to help. The pictures I posted are after the second run through. The staff were very nice and tried to help with the wand at the beginning.
