After having had a poor experience with another dealer, Stephanie Linder from Mclaren London went out of her way to ensure the purchase of my new car was nothing short of exceptional. she even went as far as coming all the way out to Ascot so that it was convenient for me to view the car and then arranged everything as i requested. I took my 9 year old son in for a little look at the cars. Not only did they let us in but they took my son round all the cars and treated him like he was actually there to buy one. I was amazed by their friendliness and I must say it made the day for both of us. If I'm ever lucky enough to be able to afford one I'm going straight back !!! I can fully understand why customers would return here. Even the manager came out at the end for a little chat.GO TEAM MCLAREN!!!Ferrari let us in but weren't very helpfulLamborghini didn't let anyone in.

We came here for a short amount of time recently and had a great time! The dealer essentially gave us a tour of all the cars, and said we could take pictures with them. We unfortunately ran out of time on our trip to return, but hope to come back one day to get some memorabilia. Amazing stop, highly recommended.

Avoid using this dealership.I am extremely displeased and greatly regret my decision to purchase a car through this dealership. It is the poorest experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Never again with this dealership.Firstly, after buying my car, I was extremely disappointed to find out that what I had purchased had not been fully documented to me. The salesperson selling me the car, named John Folkes, did not point out scratches on the car as well as defects in the carpet, but had acknowledged them when I pointed them out off an overly basic video he sent me of the car. They refused to show me defects of the car I was buying.Secondly, the customer service is absolutely appalling. They treat a client paying £175,000+ on a car as though they are just purchasing a cheap run-around.For instance, when I purchased the car, the car was due to have a service in 3,000 miles or in the next 6 months. When I expressed this to other dealers, they were shocked as most cars of this calibre would come serviced before purchased.Furthermore, after owning the car for 2 months and covering just over 500 miles on it, I had an issue with the centre caps on the wheels. I tried to find out whether this was covered under warranty so I called up the dealer, though not one person that picked up the phone had any initiative to help me and provide assistance. Instead, I had to ring up the warranty company myself and find out if it was covered, then tell the dealership that it was not. I had to do this after ringing them to no avail, and never getting a call back. John Folkes would e-mail in return, after e-mailing him to get into contact in the first place! They would not even bother to pick up the phone and provide some aid to your issue.It is as if they only care about selling their cars and getting the money for them, rather than provide good customer service after purchase. The salespeople have no sense of value of money and albeit I paid retail for the car, I was treated like a trade customer. For a franchised dealership, this whole ordeal was appalling.Barney, I think you need to sit your sales staff down and teach them some manners and basic sales skills. Also, there's order-takers and salespeople, your team is of the latter. Your dealership should not be selling non-franchised cars. I will be contacting Rolls-Royce on this matter.Absolutely disappointed.

All Good So Far But, i have only drove the car about 25 Miles,I am hoping to feel the same way about this car in 6 months time,if that is still the case I will be a repeat customer

Check it out peepses. If you are nice the supermodel who runs the door will let you in to take pictures with the car. Kid loved that.Truth is the incredibly beautiful woman receptionist was also very nice.The cars are cool. I need one
