I requested a second opinion from Ignite Heating after my elderly parents called a different company to fix their furnace that was not working. They were were told that the furnace could not be fixed and they would need a new one.The other company already had a sales call booked to decide on a $7000 furnace or a rental plan.Ignite went in and determined that the furnace was still under the manufacture's warranty. They fixed it at NO OUT OF POCKET COST to my parents.Ignite is knowledgable and trustworthy. The other company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for trying to sell a new furnace to people who didn't need one.

This tech came out after dark in December 2022 as my furnace was not working. The tech claimed that the issue was a small part that needed replacing and he replaced it; he charged me an after hour rate which was fine with me; I offered to pay on the spot but he said that was not necessary. The next night, the exact same issue occurred at around the same time- no heat at all from the furnace. The tech/owner then came out again; he told me that he should have checked the vent the first time, and when he checked it that night, he found it jammed with ice and used my screw driver to bash the ice out. It had been minus 30ish that week. He disconnected the vent pipe so that it took in air from the basement instead of outside which is not how the venting should be (and it remains that way as I write this). My mother could not come to visit me at Christmas in part due this happening two nights in a row. The company charged me for both trips; they phoned, texted, and emailed me every single week and more and did not acknowledge my concern about the second trip being due to their mistake. And when my mom suddenly passed away in January, they contacted me repeatedly to the point that it caused me distress so that I had to tell them about my loss; they then continued to contact me, and charged me interest for the few months that the bill was outstanding and then quickly sent it to a collection agency. It was under $500 and has been paid in full. They never did not acknowledge my concern about charging me twice due to the tech's error and the 'office manager' texted me up until a week ago even after they had sent the bill to collections; they showed absolutely no compassion nor business sense. I will never forget this experience, and I do not recommend this company to anyone as I will not recover from what this cost me - and not in dollars.

I cant say enough about the great service I had from Ignite Heating.My furnace went down In December2022 when it was -35.Initially I had Legacy Heating show up and they quoted me $1600 for the repair. I really felt I was being scammed, so I phoned Ignite Heating and talked to Michelle. She went out of her way to get someone out immediately. My furnace was fixed that day even though they were swamped. The repair was only $588.00.I will never use anyone else.... this is an honest company.Thank you so much to Michelle and staff for the amazing service.

I would never use anyone else, they're punctual, professional, knowledgeable and honestly just incredible people who have gone above and beyond for me, my last service call, the tech Jon was amazing, he was super friendly and polite, stayed late to get the job done for me, even with my toddler and dog insisting on helping him. I could not be happier with the level and quality of service from Ignite.

Ignite Heating and Air Conditioning was quick, friendly and professional in responding to our call on the coldest day of the year. The technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this team of great people.

I had a new furnace installed last week by the good people over at Ignite. The replaced the original (40 y/o) massive furnace with a really compact modern looking Napoleon 9600. The entire process was first rate. They came by and did an initial look around and answered all my questions, Dan was great!. The quote arrived soon after and the installation was booked a couple days later. Michelle at the office was really easy to deal with made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. Rory & Conrad did an excellent job of the installation, they were also super nice and easy to deal with.I woudl 100% recommend Ignite Heating and Air Conditioning.

Amazing service! Helped work through an issue on a furnace in a newly built home. Far more helpful than working through the warranty process alone. Thanks Ignite!

On a -40 degree night our furnace decided it didn't want to work anymore. Called a couple of 24/7 emergency" companies around midnight many didn't answer (so much for 24/7)

My furnace stopped working on a weekend evening in January. I called Ignite for an emergency/after hours repair. The technician John called me back right away and arrived at my house within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and replaced the broken part efficiently. I will definitely be using Ignite for any future issues. I am so grateful to them for fixing my furnace so quickly! I had called around to so many places who either couldn't come the same day (booking 1-2 days out), didn't carry the parts for my brand of furnace, or were charging excessively high amounts for an emergency service. Ignite really came through for me and I am very happy with my positive experience!
