Universal Spas

We are first-time spa owners and did a lot of research and window shopping. We finally landed on Universal because of the good reviews and bullfrog spas because we loved the idea of the interchangeable jet packs. We worked with Jin and ordered an A6 in October and excitedly prepared for a December or January delivery. Unfortunately, due to manufacturing delays, our spa was rescheduled for June. Jin was very accommodating and offered us an upgrade to a Stil7 that she had just received.. 1 week later it was delivered and we've been enjoying it immensely. We love the clean modern lines and the flexible bench style seating. Jin and Vicky have been very helpful getting the water treated properly and we would highly recommend them.

From the moment we walked in the door there was such a great vibe and they were extremely professional. From the initial conversation to the actual installation at our house, they were helpful and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the service and the product - which we were! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional quality hot tubs and service and knowledgeable and pleasant staff that they look no further than Universal Spas.

The team members at Universal Spas are all friendly and helpful. They have a great team including experienced sales people and a very experienced technical person. They have access to the best crane company in town (as far as I know and done my research) which is truly important! They have a nice showroom with a variety of tubs and spas. I’m happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend the people in my network to them.

From our introduction at their newest location we were impressed with their product knowledge and availability of inventory all at a price that impressed us. The staff at Universal Spas, especially Jin, made our hot tub shopping and buying experience totally enjoyable. She managed to be knowledgeable and informative without being high-pressure. She walked us through all the brands and option choices and we never once felt like she was pushing us towards anything we didn't want or need in our new spa. The ordering process was straightforward and the tub arrived on time, with all the promised options, and for the prices we agreed upon (no surprises). But the fantastic customer service goes beyond just the sales staff. We chose to use Dan the Electrician who works for Universal Spas as well. He was prompt in returning our calls, setting up an estimate for the electrical work, communicating with our landscape contractor (Waterstone Landscaping, Langley), showing up to complete work when he said he would, and making sure we knew everything we needed to start enjoying our tub asap. Everything was done on schedule and on budget. Also, can't say enough good things about the delivery crew. Our backyard was a tight fit and we almost needed a crane to hoist the tub OVER the house (YIKES!). But the movers took the time to explore all their options and found a way to safely move the tub into our backyard by removing a fence panel. Then, when all was set up safe and sound, they put the fence panel back as if it was never moved in the first place, saving time and money. Honestly, from the shopping and buying of the tub to the delivery, installation and spa school" we could not have had a smoother

Jin and staff always go above and beyond for our family. I feel like VIP every time I go there and love my Stil 7 hottub so much!! This purchase changed my life! Cannot recommend Universal Spas enough! My tub made my old aching body feel young again.

After shopping around for a swim spa and visiting multiple showrooms, I made my decision to purchase from Universal Spa. Vicky the salesperson person was very thorough of explaining the different models and features. The buying and delivery process was very seamless. Justin and Jeremy were very helpful with helping to arrange for installation and giving advice on the setup. The entire team at Universal Spa works well together in providing the best customer service. If your looking for a hottub or swimspa I would definitely checkout Universal Spa.

In real life, you are not expecting everything go smoothly and nothing go wrong. And no product or installation is perfect, so what is important is to find a team who can respond responsively in case of problems. Universal spa is such a team that you can trust and rely on when help is needed.The owner Jin put my need higher than business profit even herself had other urgency to manage at that moment, the installation staff Jag & Felix are reliable and collaborative in problem fixing, technical expert Jeremy is so knowledgeable and always helpful, as well as Aayush always friendly and polite. We bought the Bullfrog A8 model from Universal. We dealt with Vicky. The spa came earlier than promised and for the price promised. Vicky was a pleasure to deal with. The delivery and installation was handled very professionally by Jeremy.We’ve now had it for 3 months. The spa has been operating flawlessly. We find the responsiveness and professionalism from Universal to be top notch.We’re very happy with Universal and very happy with Bullfrog. Bullfrog is a spa like no other.

I recently purchased a swim spa and hot tub in the past 6 months from Universal Spas. I did visit other spa vendors before deciding to purchase from Universal. I visited both Coast Spas and Jacuzzi. The response time in the sales that Universal Spas provided was second to none! Jin, Aayush and Jeremy were very attentive to every detail in making sure everything was perfect. If you are looking to invest in your backyard get away and get exemplary service from start to finish, there would be only one place I would look....Universal Spas!
