We have been going to High River Pet valu for about 2 years or more.Always treated by extremely polite and kind staff. They are extremely well informed about the foods and have been extremely helpful, especially with our puppy having digestive issue. Those have completely gone away and he seems to do best on the same food as the others. I was in the other day and without going into too much detail your asst manager Austen bestowed a small kindness on me nothing huge , but so greatly appreciated. It's the exceptional treatment by both Pam and Austen as well as all others , that guarantees our loyalty plus we recommend your store to everyone we know with pets .In closing thank you to the owners for being so diligent in finding and training g great people . 5 Star Friendly, Excellent customer service from Michelle. She made sure everything fit before we left the store. Bruce" loves his new light weight harness and leash. We showed it off at the dog park ....and he also enjoyed the great treats!!"

I was a with pet planet okotoks for over 20 years. I found petvalu in High River to be absolutely the best for all my pet needs and have now used this store for all my pet needs. Pam and fellow staff always greet me when I order on the phone and in person. They always make me feel welcomed and go to the ends of the earth to find an item for me that they dont have in store and brings it in when they can. I tell all individuals I know and have sent people their way due to the welcoming, helpful and genuine care atmosphere they have. I wish more stores would be like this pet store.

Apr 22nd at about 4pm, I went into the high river location. I picked up a bag of dog food and a bag of on sale gerbil food. The clerks werent up at the till when I was ready to pay, so I set the gerbil food on the side table so I could hold the large bag of dog food. The clerk came and rang me through, when I went to leave, i put the dog food over my shoulder, along with the bag of ribs i grabbed last second and and proceeded to leave. I turned and grabbed the gerbil food, not realizing she didnt ring it through, so we made the correction and I payed for it. On my way out, i heard her mutter to the other worker she just tried to steal the gerbil food". No
