I've been going to By The Roots Electrolysis for years, not because it wasn't working but because I have a LOT of hair. This wasn't the only electrolysis business I tried but it is the best one. Linda is a consummate professional and her rates are very reasonable. Her office is spotless and she never cuts corners. I highly reccomend By the Roots Electrolysis.

The owner is very professional and knowledgeable and will highly recommend them to anyone who wants their hair be gone ! Linda is extremely professional. The space is clean and super hygienic. She is a perfectionist and does amazing work. I appreciate that she has a sugerical grade microscope for her electrolysis. She always has ice waiting for me for sensitive areas and I enjoy our conversations at every appointment.

I have been going to Linda for several years for hair removal via electrolysis on my face. Hands down! she is the best I have ever met. Linda is knowledgeable, professional and is certified in electrolysis. She does not cut corners and has always remained professional. When I go for my appointment it feels as if I am going to see a friend. She is very genuine and sincere & her prices are the best. I had been searching for a good electrolysis person for some time. When I first met Linda and had my 15 min consultation, I knew she was the one I wanted for electrolysis, I booked immediately for my first appointment there & then. I consider it the best place for electrolysis services as Linda is one of the very few electrolysis technicians that has been properly certified and goes above and beyond in exceeding health guidelines in an industry that is not regulated. I've been getting electrolysis for over a year now once a week, almost every week and I have had nothing but great experiences during those visits. She's very flexible with her scheduling, excellent pricing for great results. We also have very nice chats during each visit as Linda is a great conversationalist. Which helps distract me the slight pain I sometimes feel when hair removal is taking place and the hour just goes by super quickly.There was a free consultation where she explained how the process of electrolysis works and how I would be able to get the quickest and best results. So far I have had my chin, neck, cheeks, upper lip, torso and bikini area worked on and I have noticed a significant reduction of hair in many of those places. If you can handle more pain, you'll be able to get quicker results as well.I've tried laser hair removal and it was nice to have it gone for a while, but disappointing when it came back. I've also noticed that my skin is doing much better now without me having to shave/tweeze where I used to. If you are currently tweezing your face, I would recommend to stop doing that and just start getting electrolysis done as well to prevent more hairs from coming in. I will be going as long as Linda is working to try and permanently remove as many hairs as possible in that time. I can not recommend her services nearly enough for if you want something actually permanent when it comes to hair removal.
