Got one or two toppings on my sub, asked for extra cucumber, he put 2 more pieces, i asked for more since I wasn’t getting much on my sub and the worker who seemed to be the owner said “when you ask for extra, you get extra. That is 6 pieces of cucumber. I’ve counted”. Do not recommend this location. Never had this problem before except for here.

Went to buy a veggie Delite sub. Asked the lady to add 5 sauces, but she clearly said no it’s not allowed, only 3 sauces are allowed. She started saying the manager doesn’t allow so. This was the only store where I experienced this issue.

This place is terrible. First of all they charged me $10~ for a 6 turkey breast sub with no extras and a drink came to nearly $15. I can go to any other subway and get a footlong for the same price.The dining area is disgusting

Prices are stiff, cost keeps going up but quality goes down, in 5 years time it's rumored subways will be gone, they cannot keep up they're charging too much and only changing things for the worse :/ Only thing holding them a float is the highschool near them.

Terrible customer service. Drowned my sandwich in saws after specifically asking for only a little bit and then they argued about remaking it and had to make phone calls to see if they should.

They are constantly trying to chinse out of EVERYTHING. My sub was an inch thick. Barley two tablspoons of steak.. Whoever see's, When you see this, i would like to be reimbursed with a new sub ASAP.

Ordered on line for pickup. Got there and there was one customer ahead of me. Once other customer was done asked for my order. Was told it was not ready and he he had to make it for me. Asked for discount since it wasn't ready and was told he was too busy and that he could either make it or cancel it!! This is ridiculous!!! What is the point of ordering it online if it is not going to be ready!!! On top of that the subs I ordered had incorrect toppings on it!! Terrible customer service! Will not be going back!!!!
