Literally the worst Tim Hortons experience! No breakfast at this location (already annoying) so I ordered turkey bacon sandwiches, one without tomato. Both had tomato, and neither had BACON...It's literally in the name and they forgot it? Honestly embarrassing.

It's absolutely horrible! They never seem to have nothing in, can't even get breakfast there! Even donuts. Coffee is not good, pretty much taste burnt every time. I will not be going back anytime soon. Don't recommend going here. And the flies eww

Slow, always so slow.. they must not care about making their customers happy or their drive through times.. sad waiting for almost 15-20 minutes in line just for an iced capp.. and then get to the window and its melted. Very upset with the service from Kingston and Greenwood Tim Hortons.

The staff is really bad, they are rude and did not want to change the drink even though they gave me the wrong one. Some employees are really nice but others are awful.

I just wish it didn't become so corporate, its lost the true Canadian feel. Preferred when goods were baked at individual stores rather than mass produced.

The Greenwood store is having huge issues. Between not giving the correct orders, like ordering a large soup or chillie and getting a small with no bread, or getting the wrong drink order, and the lack of customer service in the way of how they are greeting people at the window or in store has made it extremely difficult for me to continue going there. I'll take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the Kingston store instead. I hope they get their ducks in a row.

Worse Tim's across Canada. Been to many.... they are Slower then the second coming of christ.And when they mess your order up, you can't even go into the store to return it because it's closed. Get back in the drive through to wait another 30 mins.

A small and efficient Tim Horton's offering the same product you expect from every location, served by friendly and quick staff. Lots of smiles and laughs in the location make me suggest you go in and not drive through! As with any Tim's, you get the quality of coffee you have come to expect, however ;)
