This shipping company is an absolute joke. I’ve had several bad experiences with them. The first time the called me three different days saying they were going to be there at a specific time to deliver a tv, but never showed. The fourth time they finally showed up 3.5 hours after their “latest” time. The next time a package was supposed to be delivered they did not hit the buzzer to my apartment & called only to hang up with out letting it ring more than once. The third time they called to “arrange” the delivery at which point I said no I’m not trusting any times you provide; rather than deal with this incompetence I’ll pick it up myself. Now, yet again they said undeliverable twice. I’ve been at home for 1.5 months after having surgery & haven’t left, they never hit the buzzer and never called. Absolutely brutal service. Stay away at all costs.

The worst shipping company I have ever had to deal with. They continue to not allow you to pick up your package (they say its bc of covid?) yet they keep attempting delivery during the day when most of the population works. The driver called me today and was clearly annoyed that I was not home to collect the package. Simple fix is to allow people to pick up their packages like every other company or deliver when most people are at home. Rude and inconvenient company.

There’s a reason this company has such a low review! Please, any companies who think of delivering with TForce, don’t. It’s an absolute nightmare! I was expecting my package yesterday as in my tracking it said it would arrive by 9pm. I was home, with my phone next to me, waiting all day and night. I called tForce at 5:30 to confirm the package was coming, they said yes. The package never came! When I looked on my tracking info it said after 6pm that the package was undeliverable. The currier never even came to deliver it, never called me, never buzzed my door. When I call the customer service it’s just clueless people who say “it will be delivered again in 24-48 hours”. Which is what they keep saying and the package never comes. They have no skills in solving a problem other than repeating “it will come in 24-48hours”. They have the worst costumer service out of any company I ever dealt with, and the top it off, no pick up location so even I can’t go and receive my package. So now I have to wait 5 days for a package. Everytime I deal with tForce it’s a nightmare.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. On the first delivery date I had a notification that said there was no access?? Not sure what that meant. Then three days after that I received a notice saying the package was delivered but I didn't receive anything. When I inquired as to where my package was the sent me a picture of a completely different house and not even a house in our subdivision. Now I get no response on how they are going to resolve this issue!! Never have any issues with other delivery companies!!

Jan 14th. I needed get delivered 2 different packages(separate orders). but delivery guy delivered just one package and he is gone than he checked delivered 2 packages same time. so i called customer service next day and service told me check it out what happened. and said other item is in warehouse. so will be delivery later. but never delivered me. so i call c.s again couple weeks later. and called like 5 time more. but c.s always say gonna check out what happened gonna start investigation asked my email address and will contact me. but never contact me. that lost or stolen package was not very expensive one. but this company's service, delivery is worst in the world.You didn't give me email address or something so I just upload screen shot pics.Last number 0037 is delivered. 0039 isn't delivered.

Horrible delivery service. They are the only company in the city that cannot find my address. First attempt that went wrong I was told the driver was new and got lost. Second attempt, they are ignoring my emails so I don’t know what went wrong. No phone number for them either, I just want to pick up my package because they are incapable of delivering it.

I have now been waiting 13 days for a small package. 3 times they have listed it as delivery attempted unsafe to release". 3 other companies have delivered items during that time with no issue. Questions submitted to website get a bland "sorry

Don't ever use any website that uses t force.. for a week I've been in contact through email over 3 times I give them my buzzer number over email and telephone.. and the guy doesn't ring my buzzer number.. just goes to the door and walks away without pushing my buzzer.. you can't pick up with this company.. has my son health products and this is the treatment you get for paying express shipping...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING AND OVER A WEEK THEY BEEN DUCKING AND DODGING ME

I could give these guys zero stars if I could! Got my package today and the driver literally threw it from half way down the side walk at my door. I thought someone was breaking into my house! Called to complain and got hung up on. Called back and second guy was nice but didn’t seem to take it seriously even though I have 7 cameras outside that caught the whole thing! What a joke

Absolute worst courier in the Edmonton area, cannot deliver a parcel to the correct address and their customer service is not helpful at all. DO NOT use this company to ship as you will have problems and try to avoid any company that uses their service for the same reasons.Update: Per owner response, you've been provided everything several times and have not replied to me via those channels, hence the 1 star review.
