Advanced Irrigation
When they finally showed up -- 1.5 months after the date initially discussed -- the team did good work. Nearly impossible to reach with questions. Often had to call multiple times a week for 1-2 weeks to get a response to any question. Still waiting for them to come back and fix sprinkler heads that aren't functioning correctly after installation two weeks ago.

Took soil samples but no answer, the thin layer of dirt had a lot of rocks. Prices were the same as sod. Very disappointed.*Update, giving them extra star for reseeding after a heavy thunderstorm that day when they 1st seeded it, wash half the seeds away. Still for the almost the same price as sod, $100 less. Sod is the best.

Advanced Irrigation
Had a irrigation system put in and a complete hydroseed in the summer of 2020. All great until the fall. Company failed to blowout my system in a timely manner which resulted in my pump freezing. They said it was my fault despite scheduling the blowout in August.The following spring I emailed an called 5x to attempt to schedule a start up and to complain about the hydroseed (see pics). Never returned my call until 8...count em 8 weeks later. That was my fault too. Owner is a pompous a** that only wants your cash. You can find better companies out there. Move on...you'll thank me later.

Called when ice was still on the lake for our irrigation system. They said they’ll be out there in a month and you’re on list. They came first week of June and spent two hours at the house didn’t really do what we needed done. No one answers the phone, no one calls you back, never shows up when they say they will.

We had part of our system tore up and they said to expose the lines and they would come out and fix them in a month. I was told this the end of May, I dug up the lines that needed to be fixed, fixed some of them myself, and they never showed up. THE ENTIRE SUMMER!!! Then we wanted the part I fixed blown out and fix the rest of the system, I have been repeatedly calling for 2 months. You're on the list, it is almost November still nothing. So I called another company in the area, they will be here tomorrow!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would, I do not recommend them!!
