Ordered a bush cord of seasoned firewood. Made sure to specifically ask for seasoned wood as I've had a lot of trouble with businesses passing off green wood as seasoned. Joan Dinsmore was pleasant on the phone taking my order, and the turnaround time was good, only a week and a half from when I ordered.The wood when it arrived did not look seasoned, I asked the driver if it was and he said that it had been split and sitting all year. I took the delivery anyway, although I should have refused when I saw that it was not seasoned.I stacked it all and attempted to start a fire with it, and it is about as green as the day the tree came down, boiling water out of the ends, no checking in log ends, bark still firmly attached and the wood difficult to split with fibers still holding on. The wood was very obviously not seasoned. I texted Joan to let her know that I did not get what I paid for, and politely informed her that It was not seasoned, she responded by saying they have delivered hundreds of orders and nobody has complained. Claiming that the wood is well seasoned".I split a few pieces by hand and used a moisture meter
