Good informative staff with quick service.

Came in yesterday and Angel was really helpful and patient.

I went to service Canada to get the proper address of where to send certain documents that rev can. had requested, I was greeted by a very nice lady that guided me through the phone call in which was to solve this problem, I asked her, if the fact I am at service Canada did she think they would agree to have it faxed instead of mailed? In which she replied, absolutely if they say to fax and give you a fax number we will fax it. Then after I retrieve the fax number and get the go ahead to fax, this women had gone on break and now replaced by a well dressed black gentleman. When I asked him where u would fax the documents from he said no fax! I thought maybe he assumed I just came in off the street and wanted to use a fax so I got more detailed about the situation and again he said no we have no fax. I said service Canada dosen't have a fax machine at all? In which he replied no. He suggested staples or office depot. I happen to know there are fax machines at the offices in which they sit and where the talk to people. To you sir you are a jerk and should not hold the position you do. Certainly are a very rude greeter and definitely terrible at lying as the women prior to you had already stated we would fax them. So thanks for nothing. Our MPs office was kind enough to fax my private documents so that u was not handing my SIN number and tax information over to a store clerk at some random store.

Be patient. Just because of the pandemic. Small line up for EI insurance. People inside were very nice.

Jamaican guy was really rude. Its been 2 time with me. Other staff was really nice and helping except him. I wish management should take disciplinary action.

Two years in a row and the guy turned out to be the same rude guy never go back there again my advice to anyone that does not want a bad day do not enter that building find another location. I was warned by other friends but I did not listen another bad experience the guy has tantrums and through his pen .
