Welcome to KEYSTONE MASSAGE THERAPY! We would like to welcome Patrick Smith, RMT as the newest addition to our clinic. Our hours are flexible and include weekend and evening hours. RMT prices include HST: 45min-$85/ 60min-$106/ 75min-$130/ 90min-$152. *** Jenny Rae is the Thai Massage Therapist. She is only available from June 1 to Nov 30 each year. If you do not see an appt date that suits you please call or email using the inf below. We look forward to meeting you!

I had my first massage here on June 10th, 2020 and amidst all the COVID-19 chaos, this massage really brightened my day. They are taking all the precautions necessary, which left me feeling safe and cared for. Elaine did an excellent job with my back pain and I intend on returning for sure! Already booked my follow up :)

Great quality massages and good communication. I have been going to Elaine for the last couple months and every session she does not disappoint. Super convenient location for me to walk to as a student.I also recently started going to Jenny as her availability is convenient. She is wonderful and provides extra attention to areas mentioned that are sore. Her 25 years of experience definitely shows.

Elaine is great. I've just started going here, but I feel great afterwards and I look forward to my visits. I never know how to choose an RMT, and so I consider myself lucky to have found a great one in Elaine!

Wow what a wonderful massage today. I am speechless like always after a massage with David. I have to say he is the best massage therapist in Hamilton. I have been getting massages from David over 10 years. Every time I leave an hour massage I come out feeling relaxed and out of pain. I have tried other massage therapists' that are closer to home that work better with my schedule and always have to go back to Keystone massage. Thanks David for being so professional and awesome! YOU ROCK! !! Highly recommended for sure!!

Attending Keystone massage therapy has been a wonderful experience over that last couple years. Mary and David have provided a wonderful experience for my wife and I in a relaxing atmosphere. David has helped me work through some difficulty with my lower body by providing an excellent massage along with some great advice for small daily exercise to prevent further discomfort. I would recommend to anyone with any sort of pain or discomfort in any part of the body to book a series of sessions. You may be surprised what they can do for you!

David is thoughtful and thorough in seeking to understand and resolve pain issues, often giving suggestions for posture, stretches or movements to prevent recurrence. I came to Keystone on the recommendation of an elderly friend who at 95 is healthier and more spry than women 10-15 years her junior. She has been getting monthly treatments with David for over 25 years! She says: “David and Mary are a great team, always pleasant and welcoming, treating me like a friend or member of the family. My muscles are always relieved and feel ‘young’ again after a treatment!”
