The lady had no idea about anything no proper number to call why it's posted with a number that's not working is beyond me.they sent my refund to wrong address still haven't got it yet. Was not satisfied at all will never use them again..

Booked a U-Haul just to show up and they don't have it, no phone call, no nothing just them saying yeah we don't have that. Absolutely ignorant when we asked if they could point us in the direction of another U-haul dealer that might have one. If i could give 0 stars i would.
