Bought a car last friday. The deal was absolutely amazing. Me and my partner had a perfect team. Bryan, jeff, rob ( & jack who assisted the delivery), this team made our first car purchase in Canada easy and memorable. And i love how the car looks after all the polishing. It looked like a bought a brand new one. Kudos to the team. And hoping to have more deals with them.

I just wanted to share this review as it is well deserved. My kiddo purchased her very first car from London Honda, and had an amazing experience. I have bought my share of vehicles in my day, and this was probably one of my top two amazing experiences. Adam and Nick were wonderful to deal with, not to mention fun. They made a point to go above and beyond to make the pick up day very special. I would recommend this Honda dealership any day.

We just bought our second vehicle at London Honda. This time it was a 2023 Civic Si for me. Chris Gilders and Bryan Park were outstanding to deal with. I thought I was going to have to delay delivery for the car and Bryan (finance manager) was totally cool and diffused my concern about it. He gave me all the options I had to choose from for the car but wasn't a hard or pushy sell. It was enjoyable talking to him. Chris (sales associate) went out of his way to make sure I was happy at all stages through the buying process answering my questions and alleviating my concerns. He especially made sure I was satisfied with the delivery of the car, including my requests for certain things to be done to the car and some things not to be done to the car. I would have no problem buying another car from these fine gentlemen. I can easily recommend London Honda - it was a smooth and fun experience.

I was looking for the first car on last Tuesday and meeting Chris Gilders at London Honda. My eye caught on 2015 Honda Civic Lx, he nicely showed me all information of the car, tried so hard to get me a good deal. I finally got the car today, can’t be happier with my first car. Jordan was extremely accommodating, I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, I test drove it and it was not like I hoped, he knew right away what I would like!!! Jordan was very professional,polite, and understanding, i went in for a vehicle due to a car accident, mine was a write-off. He was very courteous with my physical condition and even carried my purse, never once dud i feel any pressure to buy a vehicle. He wanted to make sure I got what I needed/wanted. Jordan went above and beyond with his customer service! Definitely recommend Jordan. Thank you

Honda makes you have only Honda safety your vehicle when buying out a lease. If it needs work you can either have Honda repair or take else where. If not repaired by Honda you will require another Honda safety. Honda has no other qualifications to warrant needing this done by Honda. Seems like a way to take advantage of what was a good customer relationship. Enough for me to say never again. Very disappointed in these types of unnecessary policy’s to really just grab some extra cost. Safety was around 450 too. Would be out 1000 almost if needing work and not done by Honda. Which seems crazy for them do do the safety and then tell you what work needs to be done. When going through them. I’ll never do business with them and warn all my family and friends of these policies

Always great service, even though it was a significant amount of money spent, I know it was needed and am glad that they take good care of my vehicle which I purchased there in 2014. I still love driving this model of vehicle and it has treated me very well. Thanks London Honda!
