I am obsessed! F45 is more than just a gym- I love the sense of family/community. The coaches are positive, friendly and approachable. I love the variety of exercises and music- especially the DJ Saturdays! The classes, coaches, and other members motivate me to push myself to give every class my all- I always leave feeling amazing and so accomplished. Highly recommend!

I really like the variety of moves & flexibility of the workouts. I’ve noticed an improvement in my strength, endurance & flexibility in just 10 workouts. Love the music. The coaches are very helpful & attentive.

If you love HIIT workouts, this is the place for you! Great energy, awesome music (the mixes get you pumped up). Definitely a fan of the cardio classes. Very flexible and accommodating crew too!

I just joined a month ago and I’m addicted this is an extremely positive and motivating environment. The coaches are always there to help and push you! I had an issue with an injury and they gave me a plan to get me through! This has not only helped me physically but mentally too! Best workout ever!

I started 2 weeks ago and already I feel stronger, and more energetic. The classes are tailored to any fitness level. The coaches are all great, a special shout out to coach Caity, Maria, Lily and Catherine for pushing me outside of my comfort level and ensuring proper form. I highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend F45 Stoney Creek Mountain! After just a few sessions I noticed significant changes in my mood, strength and energy levels. I love the group set up and the accountability. Most coaches are highly attentive to make sure that I’m doing the exercises properly and some challenge me to push further.
