The service provided by Citron has been great. They are friendly and professional. We have never had any issues. They are always there to help with any questions we may have. Dimitra was a pleasure to speak with.

If I could put no stars I would. We live in an apartment building and they use this company. We’ve been struggling with bed bugs for 4 months now and did 3 treatments already, their coming next week for a fourth. It is not working. They are still around and on our beds. Trying to get our building to find a new company but they refuse to saying it’s fine. They cleared us even tho we still have them. It’s like their never going away. Would not recommend them...

Worked in this company for few months, it was terrible experience. There are 5 managers on just couple dozens pest techs and even then there is chaos seen among techs. On managers there are general managers who have below zero pest knowledge and hence they just depend on managers to have field feedback, managers just sit in offices and never go to help techs or do any job their own. In other pest control companies all techs are least supervised and doing wonderful performance but here techs are judged by checking their truck and phone GPS, techs are deemed as robots. No one speaks against even in company surveys due to job losing threats. HR is totally frictionless. Most people have left and no competent tech from industry wants to join here. Few techs started their own pest business due to non professionalism attitude here.

I am very happy with the service that Citron has to offer. Your customer service representation is superior to most in my experience. Becky Tustin has true professionalism her responses are always immediate and detailed, very specific to resolve the issue at hand. I appreciate the notifications that I receive after a service call as well. During covid there was no interruption, and the service techs were very respectful with maintaining their boundaries.

Citron has been an amazing company to work with. My company has been a supplier for Citron for over 15 years and 3 name changes and through all the changes and personnel changes, they have always been a pleasure to deal with.My experience with them in business translates into a recommendation to use them for any of their products with confidence that they would fulfill their obligation with professionalism and quality of products.

I have been working very closely with Laurie Osborne at Citron Hygiene over the last year and have had nothing but positive things to say. Since Laurie took over being the sub contractor liason person, issues or concerns have been efficiently and pleasantly attended to. Laurie knows the business extremely well and also understands issues that face front line workers, anything she can't answer will be followed up in a timely manner and keeps searching until she can get the resolution to anything.
